Charming apartment in the heart of the historic city centre, just a stone's throw from the Virgin Square and the Cathedral. The apartment is very bright, spacious and peaceful, with a décor that takes care of the details and comfort.



The 85 m2 apartment, very well utilised, has the following spaces:

- Spacious living-kitchen with high-quality imitation wood floors, equipped with TV and comfortable 3-seater sofa. Capacity for 4 people.

- Small balcony with views of the historic centre.

- Open kitchen to the living room. Fully equipped with high-end appliances, it has a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven/grill, toaster, kettle, mixer, Nespresso coffee machine... You won't be missing anything.

- Comfortable and quiet main bedroom with a double bed of 150x190 cm with ample storage space.

- Second bedroom with a 135x190 cm bed.

- Modern bathroom with a very practical shower.



It is delivered with bedding, 1 hand and bath towel per person, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and welcome kitchen amenities (1 scouring pad, 1 kitchen cloth, 2 bin bags, 1 washing machine soap, 2 dishwasher tablets, dishwasher, 2 toilet rolls per bathroom, hand gel).

The location of the apartment makes it perfect for getting to know the city. Located in the heart of Ciutat Vella (old town), it is possible to visit all points of interest on foot. Very close by are the Borgia Palace (15th century), the Cathedral, the Virgin Square or the Serranos Towers 100 m away. A 5-minute walk away are the San Pío V Museum, the IVAM, the Central Market or the Silk Exchange.



The Turia Gardens are 150 m away and become a perfect green axis for cycling to visit the Beach, the City of Arts and Sciences or the Bioparc.

Comfortable apartment in a great location

This clean and modern apartment is walking distance to all of the old city sites. Access to the rest of the city is easy with public transportation a few blocks away. Check in was easy and the host spent some time with us going over what to see and how to get around. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely fantastic!

We’ve never stayed in a cleaner apartment or villa, and it’s something that makes a real difference to us feeling at home. Everything was perfect. The location was fantastic, you couldn’t stay anywhere more central, the bed was comfortable and kitchen had everything we could need. The check in process was easy and they were very patient with our delayed flight. Thank you, we’ll be back and recommend to friends and family.

The apartment was great a fantastic location right in the centre of the city . An asset was the air conditioning and having two double bedrooms . The only criticism we had was the bathroom door did not close so we had to wedge a piece of paper under the door

Heerlijk verblijf gehad in deze accommodatie. Keuken, badkamer, slaapkamers, alles overtrof onze verwachtingen. Mooi gelegen in het hart van de oude stad nabij de kathedraal zodat alles te voet bereikbaar was.

Der Kontakt zum Vermieter sowie die Unterkunft selbst waren sehr gut. Durch die zentrale Lage in der Altstadt kann man fußläufig alles sehr schnell erreichen was man braucht: Shops, Lebensmittel, Restaurants, Tapas Bars usw. und das direkt an der wunderschönen Kathedrale. Einziger Wermutstropfen, alle schriftliche Kommunikation nach der Buchung über Expedia erfolgte ausschließlich auf Spanisch. Alle Emails vorab als auch der Mietvertrag vor Ort. Keine Ahnung was genau ich da unterschrieben habe. Ein englischsprachiges Dokument wäre hier eine nette Idee.

Excellent apartment with great facilities. The property itself was located in the heart of the old town of Valencia and was an ideal base to explore. Only a few minutes walk from all the main sites of the centre of the old town with restaurants all around. Very friendly and helpful owners.

SOGGIORNO APPARTAMENTO L’ALMOINA

Appartamento bellissimo a 20 metri da piazza della Vergine. Trovato pulitissimo e ben equipaggiato di molti oggetti per la cucina. Letti comodi e bagno molto confortevole. Personale gentilissimo, non andava il Wi-Fi e si sono fatti in quattro per portarci un router esterno! Faccio fatica a trovare difetti. Consigliatissimo!

Modern, ruhig und zentral

Wunderschön eingerichtetes Apartment in sehr zentraler und dennoch absolut ruhiger Lage. Die Ausstattung des Apartments war perfekt - es war wirklich alles vorhanden was für eine Ferienwohnung denkbar ist. Das Bad war modern, und das ganze Apartment wirkte als wäre es gestern erst renoviert worden. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernt, mehrere Bäcker befinden sich in der Parallelstraße. Ein Auto ist absolut unnötig, da man von diesem Apartment aus praktisch alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen kann.
