Legal Short Term rental Permit # STR-2025-000902. This approx. 4000-square-foot home which includes the garage is a budget friendly vacation. One of the largest, single-family, vacation home in the Phoenix area, located seven-minute drive to the new University of Phoenix Stadium (Cardinal Stadium) Westgate City Center, Jobing Arena, Tanger outlet Center, Glendale Arena, bordering Phoenix, Glendale, and Avondale. This home is centrally located to shopping malls, I-10 and I-101 Freeway, costco, Wal-mart, Restaurants, Sam's Club, Phoenix Raceway, Golf resorts, Sports Complex, and family entertainments.

It offers private swimming pool & spa (can be heated for extra charge- see below for info) and six bedrooms plus bonus room with POOL table, three full bathrooms, formal living and dining rooms for formal occasions, extra-large gourmet kitchen with center island, granite slab counter tops, maple cabinetry, top-of-the-line appliances, microwave, gas oven and range, refrigerator with automatic water dispenser and ice maker and filter, dishwasher, pantry, all kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, rice cooker, cooking-ware (non-stick), baking-wares are provided.

Open to additional dining area for six guests for informal meals and open to large family room with large U shape sofa with chase, 60-inch Sony HDTV LCD TV with DVD and surround sound (bring your sony playstation, X-Box, etc, which can easily be attached to any TV). High-speed Internet (WIFI) and telephone calls (within US) is also provided for free.

All bedrooms are furnished with elegant furnishings with TV,Custom paint colors thru out, and tastefully decorated (two king-size beds, three queen-size beds, two twin beds, & 1 sofa bed.) The master bedroom has furnishings that is fit for a king with armoire, 27-inch TV with DVD and VCR, oval tub, dual sinks, separate shower, and oversized walk-in closet. Central AC set to 75 degrees in summer and central heating set to 70 degrees in winter.

This home is so large, everyone can have their own privacy and enjoy different activities. Nice furnishings throughout, This is a large home approximately 4000 square feet (includes the garage) of fun vacation and entertainment in the Phoenix area. This is perfect for family entertaining and vacationing together with friends.

Great house and great spot

We had such a great time at this house. It was located in a great area very close to Costco and Sam’s Club to get food and lots of great restaurants near by. The neighborhood was quiet. When we needed something for the house Carmen came by quickly and helped us out. The pool and spa was awesome for our kids.

The house was clean and Carmen was very easy to work with. Unfortunately, the pool was not swimmable during our stay due to algae build up.

Thank you for your review. Carmen cleans the house really well making sure everything is in order. Regarding the pool, the time you checked in, there was a storm and heavy rain, and when that happens, it throws off the PH balance of the pool. Our pool guy Mike, cleans our pool 2X per week, making sure it is blue,, but with rain storms, it is out of his control. We try to take care these things ASAP, weather permitting. Our guests are our priority making sure they enjoy their stay.

Centrally located easy access to I-10 and I-101

There were 10 golfers and we still had room for 2 more. Over 4,000 sq.ft of living space, open kitchen made it easier to move around and still be part of the group. After round of golf, hot tub and swimming pool were very inviting. This is the second time we have rented the house and we are already planning for our 2024 trip.

I think this is a great property for several couples and perfect for spring training baseball

Perfect Size & Accommodations!

We reserved this location. To bring together Family and Friends within the area to spend some time together. Everything was exactly as presented on the listing. We were able to get the house on time and check out was a breeze. The neighborhood was quiet and everything was close! (Stores, shopping etc) Definitely worth the price for our group of 8. House is aged a bit but all the necessary things are there. Pool/SPA heater did not work but did run while we stayed there which is an extra charge. Neighborhood is very urban. Property manager is good at communicating with you during your stay. Good location from highway.

Thank you for the review. We did have a little issue with the heater, but due to that issue, we did not charge you for the heat charge. The pool/spa heater technician has to order the parts and now it works perfectly fine. We try to accomodate our guest as much as we can.

Our family loves to vacation. This is the time that we bond together and enjoy each other. Having 3 college kids is a very challenging schedule, but we try to get away when we can. We love the pool and spa for relaxation and pool table for family entertainment.

Why they chose this property

This home is a home we go to everytime we go to Phoenix./Glendale. It is amazingly large and elegantly decorated so guests will feel important and comfortable. This is a perfect home away from home.

What makes this property unique

Having a pool and spa just makes this home a perfect vacation home, not to mention the pool table for indoor entertainment. You just cannot beat the location which is centrally located to everything; shopping, restaurants, cinema, sports complexes, stadiums, golf, raceway, and much more to see and appreciate
