Beautiful garden bedroom, #3010, measuring 18' x 16', features 2 Queen beds and bath. It is equipped with a microwave oven, coffee maker, blender, refrigerator, dishes/glasses/flatware, Smart TV Starlink, ceiling fan, AC, iron, ironing board, retractable outdoor clothes line, a private 16' x 15', walled-in garden patio with outdoor furniture, and private entrance.
Very quiet and peaceful. Free Wi-fi, housekeeping service Monday through Saturday, and on site free parking. Enjoy a 2 minute walk to the Pineapple Pool, which includes free use of the sun lounges, tables, chairs and cabanas. A1 minute stroll to the beach, where you can enjoy the picturesque views of Water Bay and the neighboring islands of St. John, USVI and Tortola, BVI.

Little story about us... My husband Bill and I are retired school teachers, we iive in New Jersey when we're not enjoying St. Thomas. We've been married for 48 years and have 2 beautiful, adult children. We love traveling, entertaining and enjoying time with friends and family. We started vacation rentals 30 years ago, as we enjoy meeting new people and sharing our dream with others.
Why they chose this property
Close approximity to the 800 foot palm line beach. Spacious single level villas, in secure environment, with tropical breezes and magnificent beach and scenery. Adjacent to Jimmy Buffett's Margaritville, sharing the same picturesque entrance.
What makes this property unique
