Stunning flat in central paris with a private terrasse

Safe heaven right in the middle of Paris.
Stunning flat right in the center of Paris in the 1st arrondissement. 92 square meter with a private terrace, 3 min away from Chatelet les Halles which is the heart of Paris. (5 different tubes lines and 2 RER line). You're 10 min away walking from the Louvres Museum or the centre Pompidou. You just have to cross the Pont neuf (3 min away) to end up in the quartier latin. You're 5 min from the famous quartier de Montorgueil. And if you want to relax, you can enjoy the private terrasse which is sunny from 11 AM till 5 pm. Enjoy Paris!
The apartment gives only on courtyard so remains calm and peaceful even though you're right in the center.
The full flat is rented (entrance, leaving room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and separated toilet). There is only one regular bedroom with a double bed. The sofa futon located in the entrance can be made as a bed on request. It is more suitable for children and young people than elderly as it's a double bed futon directly on the floor.

Close to everything

I walk/hike everywhere and this apartment was perfect for that. It is close to everything! And the apartment is large, very comfortable bed, large dining table, large comfortable couch in the lovely living room. The kitchen was easy to use. The apartment has many windows and is filled with light. Loved every minute there.

Excellent stay, location is perfect! Melodie was amazing, the property is spacious and clean, the patio is an added bonus, very nice to have a morning coffee or late night nightcap. Entry is secure, everything in walking distance, including a marche right downstairs. Late night breezes through the windows was awesome, nice and bright inside, appliances are new and modern. We really enjoyed our time there. Would stay there again for sure.

Excellent location near Les Halles, short walk to Louvre, numerous restaurants, brasseries, and cafes just outside. Lovely outdoor patio with comfy furniture. Combo washer / dryer, well equipped kitchen, and fast internet. Highly recommended

This place was perfect. Large, sunlit, clean, and comfortable home with everything you could ask for. Close to absolutely everything, including transit. You could not find a more convenient location in Paris. Conveniently located in the center of everything, yet very quiet and peaceful inside. The apartment is clean and bright. A Perfect location…yet quiet and so lovely.

My good friend and I stayed for nearly a week in this lovely apartment- Melodie was so completely responsible- made sure a good friend was available to check us on. The apartment is aesthetic and roomy with a fully functioning kitchen and adjoining terrace. We recommend it highly.

Perfect apartment

The apartment is perfect. It is large, bright, quiet and a perfect location. We walked everywhere. My husband and I stayed a week with our 18 year old granddaughter. She had a separate room which was great! If we return to Paris, we will definitely contact Melodie to stay here again

Excellent property and location

Mélodie was very helpful and made the rental process easy. She had great instructions for using the apartment (heating, washing machine, etc) and excellent recommendations for nearby resources like restaurants and shopping. The apartment is fully equipped and and in a perfect location, steps away from Châtelet Métro, Louvre, a supermarket, Eric Kayser boulangerie, Nicolas wine store, and the Louvre, and the list goes on. You couldn’t have a better host or property for your stay in Paris.

The best location

We loved our stay in the apartment. It is close to everything, restaurants shops, attractions and and Chatelet which is a great subway connection, with many lines in the heart of Paris. We have been to Paris many times and stayed all over town but we think this was the best location. The bed is very good, the apartment is spacious, the kitchen is extremely well equipped except for a microwave that is missing. The apartment is very quiet although near everything. The living room is very comfortable. Melodie was very friendly and accommodating. We hope to come back to stay here. V&J

Good and bad

The unit was large, the terrace was a nice peaceful haven. There are several quirks that may or may not be an issue. There is no real TV so to speak, just a 30 year old TV you could see a video on. The floors were uneven and not good for 2 people with back issues. The unit was smoky and dusty. On the plus side the kitchen was fully equippwd, location is convenient to Notre Dame, the Louvre, a grocery store and countless restaurants and cafes. Considering the cost for a small hotel room, its a good value haven.

Stay like a Parisian

This property was a fantastic base for our week-long stay in Paris, and made us feel like Parisians! It had it all: spacious, lots of room to spread out on the dining room table and the large sofa area, a comfortable bed, great WiFi, nice hot shower, updated washing machine, a reliable elevator, safe, secure entry, and a very nice outdoor patio (which we did not take advantage of, as we went in March when it was cold and rather wet). Mélodie was in touch with us the whole way in and greeted us at the. property with a good walkthrough and recommendations for the local area. The location is really fantastic, right in the heart of Paris, a few blocks away from the Pont Neuf, steps from Châtelet Metro; a sufficient convenience store is two doors down, and a large mall a few more steps away. Yes, there was a small contingent of homeless across the street, but they were more like neighbors. The flat is located within the body of the building, not fronting on the street, so any noise at night was muffled.

Spacious Industrial Apartment with Balcony

This apartment is spacious with a comfortable sectional, patio furniture & bed. It also has a lovely large patio which is coveted in Paris. The owner has a funky sense of taste for cool industrial furniture. The place is the ultimate location for reaching every site by foot - a plethora of restaurants & grocers very close by. However, the owner needs to clean out the clutter. She has a lamp collection, half which don’t work, bags of items stored under the bed, kitchen utensils jammed in the drawers. To top it off, she chained shut storage cupboards & put neon pink tape across cupboard doors forbidding use. Her photo backdrop board has a sign stating it could topple & she has signs on old chairs saying they are for setting linens only. Hence the VRBO photos look a lot better than the real apartment. I would rent this apartment again. However the apartment might not be suitable for a single woman as there is a homeless shelter across the street.
