Spacious and modern townhouse with swimming pool



This modern terraced house is located in the beautiful village of Muro. It has a living area of 180 m2 and can accommodate up to 8 people.

The spacious living room is equipped with comfortable sofas, TV with satellite channels and WiFi.

There is a fully equipped kitchen.

Central heating is available throughout the house.



There is a total of 4 bedrooms. 2 with twin beds and 2 with double beds. On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms and 1 shower room. The other two bedrooms and two bathrooms with bathtubs, 1 en suite, are located on the first floor.



In the well-maintained outdoor area, there is a lovely 40 m2 furnished terrace that includes a barbecue, next to the 5x4 metre swimming pool with sun loungers.

IMPORTANT:

- All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed through instant messaging, outside the platform.

Relaxing vacation in small village.

Nice massive house in a small village in the centre if the island. Great to have a pool and ability to BBQ. The house was quite cold when we arrived at night due to all windows being open and the shutters closed so the house had not received any sun.

Bonjour, nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison

Bonjour, nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison. Nous étions venus pour visiter l'ile en moto et avant pu chaque soir profiter pleinement de cette demeure avec la possibilité de se détendre au bord de la piscine.Maison agréable car le coté nuit et biens séparé du coté jour et permet a chacun de se reposer si il le désire.

Le logement est situé à Muro (ville), dans un quartier en passe de devenir résidentiel. La maison est agréable et spacieuse et correspond bien à la description. L’extérieur est agréable avec tout le nécessaire pour les vacances (piscine, 6 bain de soleil, barbecue, machine à laver, sèche linge, boue gonflable et jouet de plage pour les enfants).A l’intérieur, nous avions a notre disposition à l’arrivée de boisson fraiche, de gâteau sucré et salé, d’un quart de pastèque et d’un melon. Une trousse de soin est également disponible.Nous avions également : serviettes pour les douches et serviettes pour la piscine. Le salon dispose d’une télé smart TV avec une chromecast. Des prises anti moustiques sont mises dans toutes les pieces.Le seul bémol : présence d’une clim dans le séjour et toutes les chambres sauf une chambre parentale. Il y a bien des ventilo mais cela ne donne pas la même chose.

Gute Lage auf der Insel. 15 Minuten bis Alcudia und Can Picafort. 40 Minuten bis Palma. Sauber und funktional für Selbstverpfleger eingerichtet. 3 von 4 Schlafzimmer mit Klima. WZ mit Klima. Tolle Terrasse mit Pool, Sitzecke für 8 Personen und Grill

Mycket trevligt hus

Mycket fint hus med bra sovrum och badrum. Köket fungerade bra och uteplatsen med poolen var mycket uppskattad av hela familjen. Staden och området hade lite att erbjuda, vi åkte bil till olika delar av ön varje dag. Nära till strand ca. 10 minuter norrut. Trevligt bemötande från ägaren/fastighetsskötaren, dock begränsad engelska. Rekommenderas.
