L'appartement est beau, neuf, bien placé et avec presque toutes les commodités (j'aurai bien voulu avoir une machine à laver, mais je savais qu'il n'y en avait pas quand j'ai commandé, je ne critique donc pas ce point, mais ce serait bien d'y penser pour le futur... :D ) La propriétaire est très sympathique et disponible à tout moment, c'est un plus. La position de l'appartement est excellente, la mer est tout près, la petite commune de Labin également très proche et fort agréable à visiter avec des tas de choses à voir! Bref, je recommande cet appartement et ses environs.
