Familie Mimica ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Danke für die wertvollen Empfehlungen. Das Haus wie auch die Wohnung sind sehr gepflegt und sauber, mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wir hatten 2 Schlafzimmer, eins mit Doppelbett und eins mit Doppelbett und Einzelbett, ausreichend Stauraum, Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen. Auf den bequemen Matratzen haben wir gut geschlafen. Die Küche hat alles was man benötigt: Kaffeemaschine, Herd (2 Elekroplatten und 2 über Gas) Mikrowelle, Backofen, großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierschrank…, Sitzmöglichkeit. 2 Badezimmer mit Dusche/WC/Fenster. Waschmaschine. Wohnzimmer mit TV, WLan war permanent zur Verfügung. Die große Terrasse war mit Sitzlounge, großem Esstisch und Sonnenliege ausgestattet inklusive unbezahlbar fantastischem Meerblick. Klimaanlage vorhanden, separate Abrechnung, wir haben die Klimaanlage nicht benötigt. Schattiger Stellplatz am Eingang des Hauses, Grillmöglichkeit seitlich am Haus. Über Treppenstufen erreicht man den Kiesstrand, flach abfallend, Schatten spenden u.a. die Pinienbäume. 2 Strandbars fussläufig erreichbar. Um die Wohnung herum befinden sich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bäcker, Restaurants, Obststand, Cafe/Bar. Das auf gegenüber auf der Straßenseite Restaurant Espana haben wir regelmäßig besucht und können es wärmstens empfehlen. Netter Service, hochwertiges Essen, leckere Nachtisch, gute Getränke. Ausflüge kann man am Schalter vorm Haus buchen, gleich ob es sich im nahegelegenen Omis (8 km) oder Split oder Umgebung um Sightseeing im Ort selbst oder um Zipline, Kanu, Quad, Rafting, Shopping, Inselhoping oder Skywalk, denke jeder findet was passendes.

Wir als Familie haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Familie Mimica ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, standen bei Fragen und Empfehlungen gern zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung ist mit allem nützlichen ausgestattet, Kaffeemaschine, Bügelbrett & -eisen, Waschmaschine, Herd( 2 Elekroherdplatten/2 über Gas) Das Haus wie auch die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und sauber mit Liebe zum Detail. Wir hatten 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer, Küche, Wohnzimmer und eine riesige Terrasse mit unbezahlbarem Meerblick, der Ausblick - Mega! Auf der Terrasse gab es eine Sitzlounge wie auch einen großen Esstisch und einer Sonnenliege. Klimaanlage vorhanden, wird separat abgerechnet-> wir haben diese nicht benötigt. Grillmöglichkeit seitlich am Haus, Schattiger Stellplatz vor dem Haus. In der Umgebung gibt es 2 Einkaufsläden, Obststand, Bäckerei/Eisstand, 2 Restaurants und Cafe/Bar ebenso wie ein Ticketschalter für Buchungen von Ausflügen. Das auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite befindliche Restaurant Espana haben wir regelmäßig besucht und können es wärmstens empfehlen. Am Strand (Kies) war es eher ruhig, wir fanden das super, schattenspendend durch Pinienbäume und flach abfallend, 2 Strandbars fussläufig erreichbar. Für Abwechslung stehen einige Ziele von und im nahegelegenen Omis (8 km) bzw. Split zur Wahl. Gleich ob es sich um Sightseeing in den Orten selbst, Zipline, Raftig, Quad, Kanu oder Inselhoping handelt.
