It’s perfect for two, maybe three, can’t imagine 6 people, the one bed is decent, do not pull the sofa bed out, there’s a bar across your back. Great location though.
We had a wonderful stay, loved the place. We had an issue with the outside door and maintenance came right over and worked quickly to solve the problem.
Very clean, great location, would definitely stay again.

Great place to spend the week.
Took the family to watch the eclipse in Charleston. Could not have been a better place to stay. From watching the sunrise on the pier to swimming in the Atlantic to grabbing ice cream at Ben and Jerry's, it was a great place to spend the week.
Our family of 6 stayed here and LOVED the location. We had 2 smalll issues while here, one with the AC, and another with hot water but both were addressed immediately by the property manager and fixed. We will definitely be back
Check in and out was seamless. So many kitchen items, including paper plates, coffee filters, even spices! Linens galore, beach towels, beach toys. Everything you could think of was there, including board games down to extra trash bags. There was a slight smell, due to moisture in the air. Andy was quick to respond about how to use the dehumidifier. Over all it was an excellent get away. Beach, pier, pool, gift shops, pizza and ice cream all within walking distance! 10/10 recommend!
Older property with smaller space, but location and access to activities and food options were good. Glad we left when we did as 6 people got shot the day after, in the exact spot my 4 year old was playing in the sand. Scary
As advertised, only complaint (or question) is whether the "private pier" is really private. No room to fish all week due to same people there very early every morning!

Of course these days it could be illegal immigrants...{:<)
It was wonderful, thank you.
Our unit could use some updating but it was still a wonderful place to be and I would certainly stay at that location again; just maybe a different unit.
We were in Charleston for a conference and enjoyed our stay at Cabins by the Sea. We had a great view of the ocean and pool area which offered a very nice view as I spent some time working on the patio. Our conference in Charleston was approximately a 20 minute easy ride. The only area I was confused on was it listed as a 3 bedroom rather than a one bedroom, with 2 bunk beds in the hall (with a door for privacy) and a sleeper sofa. However, it still worked for us. We will definitely consider Cabins by the Sea when we visit Charleston in the future.

Glad you enjoyed your stay but there is no where that this property is advertised as a three bedroom.
I lost my husband two yrs ago and havent left or gone anywhere. My children have wanted me to go on a vacation. My friend Tina and me decided to go to beach and i have been to Isle of Palm before long time ago. I liked the Sea Cabins and saw some bad reviews but i have none, it was clean and nice. My view was good all the people around were nice. A very good place to go!
Thought i was getting a 3 bedroom.thought place was smaller than i expected.would have been nice if you had a golf cart to take older people down to beach.i have problems with my legs and struggled walking to beach.
Easy process. The pictures are true to form though a little difficult to tell how narrow the entry way leading to the bedroom on left end beds on right. Literally the bunk beds are slightly in front of you and to your right after walking into the foyer.
Well stocked kitchen, though small.
Everything in good working order.
The bedroom and beds are at the front of the unit facing the walkway and street. But quiet.
The light on outside the unit was a bit distracting as the curtain and shade didn’t block it out completely.
The development was quiet and well kept. Great access to the beach and pool. Lots of outdoor eating options on ocean avenue.
Everyone respectful and nice though mask wearing appeared optional among other residents.
Great easy parking.
15-20 min drive into Charleston.

The bunk beds are specially built Murphy beds, designed to fold up in the daytime if desired to provide more hallway space than the standard bunks in these condos.
Great location with a nice pool and great access to the beach. Walking distance to good breakfast, lunch and dinner stops. Also some night life (a couple of bars and one that had live bands).
Unit itself was on the small side but perfect for 4 people. Had bathroom, kitchen and living room. Also provided sheets, towels, wash clothes and kitchen towels. Can't ask for more when the point was to spend most of the time outside.
With that being said, the only thing that could be changed or updated would be the a fully stocked kitchen with utensils and basic pantry items. There was not a full set of measuring cups or spoons. Also no forks. I was told there would be salt, pepper and cooking oil but I had to go buy them.
Also having beach chairs and an umbrella would be icing on the cake but owner did provide the contact for a rental supplier.
