The interior consists of 3 large bedrooms, 2 full baths, hardwood floors and 2 televisions. The house is equipped with a full service kitchen (complete with blender for frozen drinks), large dining area, family room and wireless Internet. In the rear of the residence is a second porch. The backyard includes an in-ground pool with large deck. The property also boasts a 2 car garage with a half bath, overflow refrigerator, two showers with changing rooms and an outside shower. The residence has central heating and air conditioning, several ceiling fans, a washer and dryer and gas grill. What a perfect location! Beach access right across the street! great home! Ample space, beds were comfortable, some of the amenities were dated. Will look for this home again definitely! Thank you again!
Very convenient to everything we wanted to do and see. The granddaughters enjoyed the pool and proximity of the beach. It was a 10 minute drive to the race start.
Would highly recommend! The house was stocked with "all the things" - Dishwashing Liquid, Dishwasher detergent, Laundry Detergent, Paper towels, toilet tissue, paper plates, trash bags, etc. That was a VERY nice surprise!

Weekend Girls getaway
The condo is a great location !! The house is dark and is in need of up dating. The pool was totally unusable.
This is our third stay at this property, Peter is great to work with and handles anything that comes up. The house has the beach house charm we appreciate. Great to have a private pool for the kids to swim in the afternoon!

Nice beach house and non-appealing non-heated pool
Very nice open lining room combined dining area with plenty of seating and cozy sea side decor. Kitchen was spacious; all appliances worked. Fun retro under counter radio. Lovely veranda and nice back porch overlooking pool. Pool was disappointing. Wasn’t clean when we arrived and even after being cleaned 3 days into our stay , it still was not appealing. Pool definitely needs an upgrade and addition of heating capabilities for a more ideal rental home. Bedrooms were not as pictured but were satisfactory. 2 rooms each had a queen bed plus a bunk bed combo queen & full. We were not expecting bunk beds. As 5 elderly women, bunk beds are not our style. We had to provide our own anti-slip bathtub mats as owner didn’t reply to our request for them. We left them as a gift for future guests. Bathrooms had been recently updated/refreshed. Weather and beach and town were delightful.

Peter’s property was the perfect location for getting a full Charleston experience. Located only 2 blocks from IOPs main drag of shops and restaurants. Across the street from the beach and within 25 minutes of almost any major attraction in Charleston. I would rent again! Thank you.
Absolutely incredible location, steps from the beach, and a block from the IOP restaurants. Clean property with everything a large family could need. Great communication from host. Hope to stay again, next time for longer!
