Zakwaterowanie blisko morza - trzeba przejść przez ruchliwą drogą. Blisko do najbliższej restauracji - dosłownie dwa domy dalej. Sklep już niestety daleko. Apartament na piętrze dość obszerny. Dość głośno w apartamentach. Drzwi praktycznie z kartonu. W łazience drzwi wygięte od wilgoci - trudno się zamykają. Brakowało trochę wyposażenia kuchni (większe szklanki). W kilku miejscach widać upływ czasu. Właścicielka miła i pomocna, gorzej z panem - w dniu wyjazdu dziwne uwagi dotyczące obecności wentylatora w naszym bagażu. Klimatyzacja w korytarzu to trochę mało gdyby nie wentylator byłaby naprawdę nieskuteczna. Klimatyzacja działa przy wcześniejszym przedpłaceniu karty, która należy włożyć w czytnik klimatyzacji w apartamencie. Podczas naszego pobytu klimatyzacja kilkukrotnie wyłączyła się bez przyczyny. WIFI - praktycznie nie istnieje. Parking obszerny i wygodny. Plaża dość brudna z bardzo drobnych kamieni. Na dłuższy czas uciążliwe. Ale niedaleko jest ładniejsza plaża z dużymi kamieniami.

Pobyt w tym apartamencie od 01.08.2016 do 14.08.2016 gospodarze bardzo mili pomocni,sam apartament bardzo czysty wręcz ''nowy'', jedyny minus tego pięknego miejsca to ruchliwa ulica przez którą trzeba przejść,aby udać się na najbliższą plaże.Plaża piaszczysta i dość fajna ogólnie polecam serdecznie 8)

Pobyt 1.-10.7.2016. Apartmán po rekonstrukci, na adriatic.hr jsou staré fotky, ve skutečnosti je daleko lepší, s pěkným výhledem na moře, odstíněný od přilehlé silnice, perfektně vybavený. Dobrá a levná klimatizace. Parkování v polostínu bez problému. Pláž přímo přes cestu písečná, krásná, vstup do moře písek, kus vpravo za plážovou restaurací větší bílé oblázky, kamenitý vstup do moře, o další kus dál jemné oblázky, všechny pláže se sprchami, nepřeplněné, občas hlučnější děti. Domácí perfektní, vstřícní. TV na terase sice s množstvím satelitních stanic, ale nic dívatelného - nevadilo nám. Slabší signál WiFi - ve smartphone nechytatelný, v notebooku bez problému - nevadilo nám. V okolí spousta pizzerií, restaurací, no do centra Omiše je to pěšky pěkně daleko. S čistým svědomím všem doporučuji.

Pozdravljeni, v Dućah smo s 5-člansko družino letovali prvič. Pohvalila bi lastnika apartmaja g. Stipeta in go. Marijo za topel sprejem in prijetno bivanje pri njih. Glede namestitve, samih plaž, dogajanja na plažah in mestu, mesta Omiš, Dugi Rat ter okoliških krajev - same superlative. Sigurno se bomo še vrnili.
