This 3 bedroom 2.5 bath condo is furnished with a full kitchen complete with granite counter-tops that is fully equipped for cooking, baking and serving meals. The Master bedroom has a king size bed, two large closets and plenty of storage. An ensuite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub completes the room. Best of all there is also direct access to the balcony from the master bedroom. There is a queen size bed in the second bedroom and two twin size beds in the third bedroom. All three bedrooms are large and offer plenty of space to relax and unwind after a long day at the beach. This 1600 square foot condo has a laundry room with full size washer and dryer and a half bath. Additionally you will find a sofa in the family room which opens to a queen size sleeper and a full bath in the hallway. The family room and master bedroom has a flat screen TV and glass sliding doors which open to a large deck.

Enjoy cooking up a BBQ on the Gas Grill located in the covered community area as well as a bike rack . There are two covered assigned parking spaces and a spacious elevator. Inside relax in the central air or with overhead fans while reading, watching TV or enjoying Wi-Fi. We have a large smart TV so bring your Netflix or Amazon account to watch your favorite shows! Books, movies, games/puzzles and sand toys are available for both kids and adults to enjoy.

Trolley service to and from the boardwalk. Walk to newly constructed playground, bike rentals/path, tennis, basketball courts or simply enjoy outdoor concerts every Wednesday and Saturday night in the summer. You can also take advantage of Fireworks every Friday night.

Had too much sun? head to historic Cape May, North Wildwood Lighthouse, the Zoo, Stone Harbor or Avalon for great dining and fabulous shopping. Feeling adventurous take your vehicle on the Cape May Lewes Ferry and enjoy a relaxing Delaware Bay Cruise. Fireworks every Friday night or walk to the live music at the park every Wednesday and Saturday night. There is something for everyone to enjoy!
