Condo was clean, bright, cute decor, and easily accessible to the beach. Highly recommend.

Great location, but very unclean and poorly kept by owner

This review is mostly based on two things: 1) a broken faucet that the owner knew about and did not inform us nor the property manager until we called and complained that the kitchen faucet would not turn off. Once we called the property manager about it, they had to get the OK from the owner to proceed and the owner said they knew about it, but a plumber wouldn't be there until Monday to fix it (3 days later)! You would think they would want to fix this problem as it could flood their condo. So, the property management sent their own staff to fix it.; 2) the place was not clean. There was a half eaten, decayed apply under the TV stand and the floor made our feet turn black. I had to purchase Swiffers and sweep and mop the entire place. I also had to clean the surfaces in the kitchen. Regarding the location of the place--it is great. Regarding the property management, they are also great minus not responding to my request to get the cleaning fee reimbursed. I guess once I check out, they don't respond or maybe it is the owner who still has not responded? I requested a cleaning fee reimbursement as I literally was the cleaner + bought multiple products to clean the home. That wouldn't have changed my 1 star review, but it would have helped make things right to which I would have noted this. You also would have thought the owner would proactively have reached out about the faucet issue, but no. Other few thoughts on the condo-- it is a good space for a family and very minimal. While this could be a bad thing, it is nice to not feel too stuffy in it. However, I did not expect to have to clean it. The kitchen dishes and utensils were also pretty gross and needing of major upgrade. To be clear, we only found seafood forks (those teeny tiny ones) to use. I bought plastic plates and utensils as their dishes etc. were not clean either. Also, there was not any dishwasher soap or tablets left behind. I know those who stay typically bring their own soap for bathrooms etc., but a list reminding us of this or at least having a sponge to wash the pots and pans would have been helpful. But, since this place was not clean when we entered it is not unsurprising that even a basic kitchen sink sponge was not there.

Perfect Proximity To Beach

Close to beach, quiet, and very comfortable. There was a constant beeping coming from the storage room that was heard in the twin beds room. Easy fix but needs to be done. Daughter slept with ear phones on or on livingroom pull-out couch.
