Unkomplizierte, faire und freundliche Verlängerung unserer gebuchten Reise vor Ort

Die Lage direkt am Strand und Meer ist nicht zu toppen. Direkter Zugang zum Strand, der nicht zu voll und immer sauber ist. Zugang zum Fernwanderweg an der Küste gut zu erreichen. Alles Nötige in der Nähe. Mit Auto ein toller Ausgangspunkt, um die Costa Brava und auch Barcelona zu erkunden und dann wieder in die Ruhe zurückzukehren. Ausblick vom Balkon ein Traum. Schwimmt man im Meer hat man einen schönen Ausblick auf die wenig bebaute Küste und die Küstenorte Sa Riera, und L'Estartit, die am Hang liegen. Begur ist toll und auch das Dalimuseum gut zu erreichen. Ferienwohnung ist groß mit großem Balkon. Sauber, ideal für eine größere Familie. Alles Notwendige ist vorhanden. Betten in den Kinderzimmern mittelmäßig. Das Zimmer mit dem Stockbett ist nur zweckmäßig und gleichzeitig Zugang zu Waschmaschine und Klimaanlage. Dadurch kein Fenster durch das man einen Ausblick hat oder lüften kann. Hier kühlt die Klimaanlage stärker als in den anderen Räumen. Insgesamt wurden wir sofort wieder hier buchen. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, vor allem zu Runterkommen bestens geeignet. Auch die Gegend und Mitbewohner waren ruhig und sauber hier. Toilettenspülung stoppt manchmal nicht von selbst, Sicherung manchmal rausgesprungen.Moskitonetze evtl., wobei wir kaum Mücken hatten.

De locatie van dit appartement is geweldig! Direct aan strand! Ook de ruime kamers en balkon maakt het helemaal af!! Parkeren is passen en meten. De aangewezen parkeerplek is krap. Uiteindelijk is het wel gelukt!

La ubicación es inmejorable, el apartamento es funcional y cumple las expectativas. Las vistas sobre la playa son increíbles. Repetimos una vez más, esperando repetir el año que viene. Por la orientación el sol da por la mañana, hemos echado de menos una sombrilla o un toldo en la terraza. Se debería barrer la escalera de arena todos los días.

Perfecto para famílias

Nos ha encantado la ubicación, en primera línea de mar y delante de la playa, en la zona más tranquila de Pals platja, justo delante empieza un recorrido a pie muy fàcil , es genial levantarse pronto e ir a caminar y ver cómo sale el sol. Las camas muy cómodas y la ducha con mucha presión y muy caliente. La cocina correcta. Repetiremos seguro! Todas las baldosas resbalan muchísimo, y cuando los niños llegaban mojados de la playa o salían de la ducha resbalaban, el bebé se cayó un par de veces sobre el suelo mojado. Yo las substituiría por unas que no resbalen tanto, por favor.

Strandurlaub

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral mit direktem Strandzugang. Die Wohnung hat alles was man benötigt und ist sehr geräumig, wir waren aber nur zu fünft. Zu siebt würde ich es nicht empfehlen. Der Kontakt zu der Agentur ist unkompliziert und es gibt dort auch deutschsprachige Mitarbeiter. Die Kontrolle der Geräte, die Waschmaschine funktioniert nur wenn sonst keine anderen Geräte in der Wohnung in Betrieb sind. Die Spülmaschine in der Küche reinigt nicht zuverlässig. Wir haben es der Agentur bei Abreise mitgeteilt.

La résidence et la proximité avec la plage et gentillesse du personnel impals. La sécurité des lits superposés pour enfants, pas de barrière de sécurité pour le lit du dessus qui est très dangereux.

Excelentes vistas al mar desde una gran terraza y puerta a pie de playa. La iluminación del salon. Faltan lámparas.

Bon logement très pratique et très bien situé Balcon agréable avec une belle vue mer Ce n'est pas notre première visite et nous reviendrons. Bruyant , très mauvaise isolation phonique On entends tout chez les voisins surtout Ceux de l'étage supérieur et aussi les bruits dans l'escalier . C'est le seul problème De ce logement

El piso es muy amplio y las vistas son hermosisimas. Todo muy limpio y en perfecto estado, como siempre. El trato en la inmobiliaria inmejorable. Gracias Gemma! Repetiremos seguro!! Había solo medio rollo de papel higiénico para los dos baños y tuvimos que salir a comprar, porque nos olvidamos. Solo eso, ni que sea un par de rollos para los que lleguen muy tarde y no puedan volver a salir!
