Bell Cottage is a beautiful 17th century cottage by the beautiful coast of North Devon containing 5 bedrooms, a large lounge and well-equipped farm style kitchen/dining room & utility with a beautiful slate floor and underfloor heating throughout. This accommodation is an excellent size with 3 bedrooms and bathroom in the main house and two bedrooms and shower room in a separate annex, perfect for two families or any groups.
The house exudes character, blending the beautiful 17th century features with a shabby chic interior. It boasts of exposed beams, original cottage doors and a large, stone fireplace to warm yourselves by on the colder evenings. The outside area is equally lovely, with its stone courtyard and parking for a maximum of 4 cars (easier with 3), and large garden with adventure play area, perfect for kids adventures, dining space (seats 10) and BBQ. There is also a small courtyard to the rear of the property with a side exit which is safe for very small children.
The property has WIFI internet and extender which gives internet availability to the whole house. Bell Cottage is a perfect place for families or groups to stay in Georgeham in or out of the summer season, whether you are looking for an activity holiday or just to relax. It is situated only minutes walk from two award winning pubs, a village shop and a park. Famous beaches Croyde & Putsborough are only 5 minutes drive, Woolacombe & Braunton Town only 10 mins drive. This is a great central property to relax and explore North Devon.
