Casa da Visa - Heat pool from May to October

You do not have to share spaces with other guests. After a reservation, our house is full. It is the ideal place to spend a calm and quiet holiday, in a family or in a group.

The Visa House is in a rural area and was once a farmhouse. In the restoration carried out, the preservation of the architectural characteristics and the combination of contemporary details, have made the space private, simple and cozy.

1st floor - 4 bedrooms with private bathroom.
Ground floor - fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, entrance hall, table games/reading/work room, bathroom.
Outside - parking, terrace for dining and socializing, barbecue and swimming pool.

Note: TOURIST TAX charged at check-in - €1 per person per day, from 16 years old.

Excellent property for a group holiday

Everything was perfect for our over 60's group. Comfortable beds, lots of outside space, heated pool and all bedrooms en-suite. Isabel left such a lot of fruit, bread, coffee milk fruit juice that we had breakfast for a few days. The local station for access to Porto is a short walk. And we recommend Dolores restaurant for excellent food very reasonably priced.

The pictures don't do justice to this great property. So much space and so many bathrooms. Easy to get into Porto and so close to the airport. Would highly recommend.

Great property in a local village, perfect for large groups

Lovely house, beautifully done up and rustic. Pool was lovely and exactly what we were after. Everything was so clean! Kitchen was superbly stocked including a welcome package of fridge necessities and fruit. The host also provided daily fresh bread which saved us a trip to the local supermarket (5 min drive).

Unforgettable reunion

Four couples with 50+ years of friendship enjoyed a memorable stay. The property is spacious and allows privacy for each couple - plus one full bath to spare! From daily fresh bread to a mid-week change of towels to a wealth of local information, our host ensured our comfort and enjoyment. Wundervolles Haus / wunderbare Gastgeberin

Besonders bemerkenswert ist der Kontakt zu Isabel die sich wirklich um alles in eindrucksvoller Weise gekümmert hat und uns in jeder Situation mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand. Das Haus ist außergewöhnlich so dass man nichts vermisst. Die Sauberkeit des Hauses bei Übernahne war überragend.

A gem near Porto

Isabel and Francisco met us at their lovely modern house with a huge goody bag of fruit, wine, cheese and other essentials. We were spoilt! They were very informative and organized us a guide for Porto. The house and swimming pool were luxurious and we enjoyed every moment there. We would rent it again in a heart beat. I cannot begin to tell you how wonderful This property is. Besides the history and the aesthetics… It is clean as a whistle. Isabel was a fantastic host… Attention to detail like no other!!!! Bed super comfortable pillows fantastic linens beyond… The welcome basket was such a huge unexpected plus… Direct us through the first two days without having to hit the supermarket. If you have a need to go to Porto this is the place for you!!! Definitely be going back❤️

Very comfortable house near Porto

We had a very comfortable stay in a very nicely decorated house close to Porto. We enjoyed the heated pool every day. The communication and the service of our host Isabel was excellent. We received welcome wine and fruits and enjoyed the daily bread service in the morning. The house is located near the airport and Porto city centre can be reached by metro by a 30 minute ride. So we could combine the relaxing and exclusive atmosphere of a fully equipped house with our city trips. Many thanks to Isabel for being always available for us.

My wife and I visited with 3 other couples and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The communication from the owner, Isabel, was outstanding. The house was gorgeous and true to the pictures in the ad. The property was surrounded by other homes close by, but the walls around made us feel completely private. The kitchen was small but functional, and the bedrooms were nicely appointed. I would visit again and recommend to anyone visiting the Porto area.

Komfortables und geräumiges Ferienhaus in der Nähe von Porto

Wir haben die Woche in dem neu renovierten Ferienhaus mit der Familie sehr genossen: Den Komfort, die Sauberkeit, das großartige Platzangebot, v.a. natürlich den großartigen beheizten Pool. Das Haus hebt sich in jeder Hinsicht wohltuend von vom Standard der Wohnsiedlung ab, in der es gelegen ist. Wir haben von hier Ausflüge an die Atlantikküste, ins Douro-Tal und natürlich, in dem Fall per Metro, nach Porto unternommen. Und uns jeden Abend auf die Rückkehr in unser Ferienhaus gefreut. Besonders gefallen haben uns der tägliche Brötchenservice und der leckere Kuchen zur Begrüßung. Wir können diese Unterkunft mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Great family getaway

We had a great time. The welcome was fantastic with a welcome dinner and welcome package made arrival easy and stress free. Every question was answered quickly. It was a perfect distance from Porto but far enough out that we got piece and quiet. The outside space and extra game room was a huge amount of space to run around. We will be back if we want to explore that area of Portugal again

Great place for large groups or families

Tastefully renovated old villa with a great pool and a recreational room (pool table, kicker etc.). Modernly furnished and perfectly clean. All bedrooms equipped with own bathrooms, which is absolutely great for larger families or groups. Airport, old town and food courts easily reachable by car. Excellent and pleasant communication with the owners upfront and during the stay. Highly recommended!

Amazing villa beautiful pool

Isabel took very good care of our group, greated us on arrival and left a well stocked welcome pack. The villa was exactly as pictured and very comfortable. Although the airport is close, we were not disturbed by the noise at all. We used the pool in October which was quite fresh but as you would expect the water to be out of season. The games room was well laid out with plenty to keep us amused. Beds were comfortable and bedding and towels good quality. We didn't explore the local area too much, we mostly travelled into Porto or to the coast most days and used the villa as a base. We would definitely recommend and book this villa again should we return to the area.

Il m'est difficile de rédiger ce commentaire tellement les adjectifs ne suffiront pas à décrire les lieux , l'hospitalité des propriétaires aux petits soins avec nous , si gentils et si dévoués .Tout est fait pour se sentir dans un lieu MAGIQUE .Les chambres sont superbes avec leurs salles de bains individuelles .La Piscine TOP !Les repas proposés sont excellents .Un lieu de rêve .Eventuellement plus de serviettes de toilettes !Mais ce n'est qu'un détail .Merci encore pour ces 3 jours !!!Ne changez rien
