The condo has 3 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms, accommodating 6, and located in a non-smoking building. The 1st Master bedroom has a King bed, 2nd Master bedroom holds a Queen bed and the 3rd Bedroom also has a Queen bed and attached bathroom. The building has elevator access and covered parking (no trailers). Soak up the sun by our community pool, enjoy the miles of lighted dock for walks, or bring your racquets for a game of tennis on our community court. At the end of the day relax with 4 TVs, DVD player, and stereo with CD player. Stay connected with your complimentary wireless internet connection and sit back and enjoy your view using the covered deck with furniture. View of marina and charter fishing fleet and steps away from Blue Water Grill and Ship Store. Parking for 2 vehicles maximum (one covered, trailer must be stored off-site) and turn-day is Sundays.
