Private urbanization 1.5 km from the beach, very close to La Zenia shopping center, Torrevieja hospital, close to shops and services, with public transport at the door, the urbanization has two swimming pools, the house has two rooms one with a double bed and in the other bed a convertible bed to a double bed also, a sofa bed in the living room, kitchen, living room and bathroom, surrounds a patio of 50m and the upper floor is a private solarium of 45 m2 with barbecue.
