Villa Blue Bay is located on the shore of the Kaštela City, only 1 meter from the sea with private entrance to the quiet and untouched small beach. The connection between the sea and the property area is something that makes the stay incredible. The house is located in a quiet area that guarantees complete rest without any noise or interference from neighbors.

Distance from the center of Kaštel Kambelovac is only 3min, center of Split & Trogir is 20min, airport and yacht marine 10min.


Villa was build and designed as modern but at the same time, combined with greenery and panoramic view on islands, provides the true atmosphere of the Dalmatian home.
Aside from the splendid and elegant exterior, this villa also has a very beautiful and functional interior, ideal for holidays with family or friends.

A special part of this villa belongs to its spacious terrace on the ground floor, which is additionally adorned with a green lawn, trees, plants and a beautiful outdoor heated swimming pool 33 m² with a shower. Beside the pool, there are several comfortable chairs which are simply inviting for relaxation. The terrace offers a breathtaking view of the sea, islands and it has entrance to the beach. Also you can enjoy outdoor barbecue fireplace.


Within the ground floor of the villa, there is a comfortable living room, framed by the large glass walls, which can also be opened as an additional exit to the outdoor terrace with pool area. Next to the living room, there is a kitchen and dining room. One guest toilet, large wardrobe and laundry are also nearby on this floor.

First floor is designed as a sleeping and resting zone. There are 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, two of them are equipped with double beds, and the third one is a large room with 2 double beds. The south-facing bedrooms with a double beds also has its own balcony with sea view.

Also, guests have an amazing panoramic sea view of the islands and two UNESCO protected cities Trogir and Split, which are only 20 min away. The house is located in a quiet area that guarantees complete rest without any noise.

Guests have access to whole property of 750m2: House 210m2, private parking and heated swimming pool 33m2, outdoor barbecue fireplace with wood and equipment.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS:
We will be available to our guests the whole time if they need.

We can arrange for you taxi transfer from airport to our villa, also if you are interested we directly cooperate with agencies that organize trips to the Krka Waterfalls or boat trips to the islands of Brač or Hvar

OTHER THINGS AND IMPORTANT NOTE:
Villa provide comfortable stay for 8 persons in the main double beds and 2 persons in extra sofa double bed in the living room.

We allow one small dogs maximum. Also, in case you bring your dogs, before making your reservation please tell us so that we can expect that the pets come with you.

Smoking is allowed only on outside area.

Very nice villa

Perfect accommodation. Totally corresponds to the pictures and description. The sea at the end of the garden and great BBQ. Heated pool very nice. Superb views. Highly recommend. We loved walking along the sea from the villa to do some shopping and go to the restaurant. Villa very well located (20 minutes from Split and Trogir) Owners very nice and listening.

I would not hesitate to book the villa. We had a very comfortable week staying. The house is very easy to stay at & the pool was a perfect size & temperature. We didn’t have a car & had no problems using Uber to get around for eating out & visits to Solut & Trogir. There are numerous places to eat/drink within walking distance of the villa from morning coffee to fine dining on the seafront. Oh and the views! I feel very lucky to have stayed here. Thank-you.

Amazing villa close to the sea

We recently stayed in this villa as a party of 6 (3couples) It was amazing. The villa is right on the sea with fabulous views. It is finished to the highest standard Mile and his wife Mirjana were fabulous hosts and the little touches they made were perfect. We arrived to ham, cheese and bread plus a full fridge. This coupled with toiletries and every day products were very welcome. We also enjoyed the fruit and veg plus the delicious cakes they brought during our 2 week stay. Mile arranged a driver Petar who was amazing and took us on many trips . One was a full day out to Dubrovnik , stopping at a small town on the way there and another small town for dinner on return journey. We used Petar for many trips during our holiday inlcuding the KRKA waterfalls - he was always able to accomodate our requests as we were flexible. Nothing was too much trouble for our hosts and driver. We would highly recommend this villa. There were a few restaurants and supermarkets within a 10minute walk and we also enjoyed the 30min walk into Kastel Stari, another small village with a range of restuarants and small market selling fruit, vegetables and fresh fish, which we cooked on the BBQ. We loved Kastel Stari and walked there quite often after our lazy days by the lovely pool. There are many bars and restuarants also on the walk. Thank you again for a wonderful holiday

Wonderful holiday August 2020

My family and I had a wonderful fortnight at Villa Blue Bay. It’s only 15 minutes from the airport and we were met at the villa by the owners who showed us everything. The villa is located in a residential area with local cafe/restaurants/bars within walking distance as well as the local public beach area to hire paddle boards etc. The gate at the bottom of the garden leads straight into a small stone beach area for easy access to the sea. We were a family of six with two adult children and two adult children and the villa felt very spacious. The villa was beautiful. Clean with a well stocked kitchen for eating at home (plenty of pans, utensils etc). There was space for 8 people to easily eat inside or out (although insect repellent is required) and six loungers for the pool area. The view from main bedroom across the bay was amazing. It was lovely to find the villa had more the just the basics, so no need to panic on the first day to buy dishwasher tablets, bin liners etc. We also found our hosts had provided a huge plate of local cheese and ham, milk, juice, and a few beers for our arrived. Lovely touches! The villa is well positioned for trips to Trogir (10-15 mins) Split old town and marina (20-25 mins) and Omiš (45 mins). We had a lovely day at the Plitvice National Park and another day on a boat trip around the islands. Both highly recommended. There’s certainly plenty to do for those who what a mixture of exploring as well as poolside chilling. We hope you enjoy your holiday here as much as we enjoyed ours!

Outstanding property in perfect , peaceful location

Where do I start? We (family of four, two boys aged 17 and 15) arrived at the villa for a fortnight, two hours earlier than expected but it wasn’t a problem for villa owners. The villa was out of this world. They had really spoilt us. The fridge was full of beer, wine, cheese and cooked meat, juice etc etc. There was fresh bread and even ice cream in the freezer. Beautiful contemporary fixtures and fittIngs throughout. Huge open plan kitchen and living space leading through large sliding doors to very large sweeping patio and out onto lovely big pool. Steps from the beach. An amazing view. Barbecue on edge of pool supplied with wood which was replenished whenever needed. Upstairs the bedrooms were all of a good size and each had en suite which was very handy. Balconies were nice to look out over the pool. Lots of space and with the beautiful staircase everything felt very airy. Mile and his family couldn’t have been more accommodating. They were very generous with items left, not just in kitchen but toiletries and other essentials. They were there whenever we had any queries but never imposed themselves. They arrived half way through our holiday with delicious cakes and more wine! And on the last day with warm pastries which saved us buying anything at the overpriced airport! The villa was fantastic from start to finish and words can’t describe how perfect it was for us. Excuse my ramblings but if you’re looking at this villa book itbefore it gets booked up !! Everywhere was so peaceful and it felt as if we were the only tourists. We werr surrounded by holidaying locals it was great. Walking distance in both directions to a number of small food shops, lively bakery and a butcher. We had intended to hire a car but everything we needed was do close so we just shopped on foot most days. There is a large supermarket and a Lidl about 3km away that we used once and got taxi back. But after that we really couldn’t be bothered and we preferred the small local ones. A few great bars and restaurants in walking distance and again it was great as very very untouristy.

Die Lage vom Haus ist sehr gut. Fussläufig gibt’s eine nette Beachbar und einen kleinen Supermarkt sowie ein paar Restaurants. In der näheren Umgebung gibt’s ein paar große Supermärkte und alles was man benötigt. Trogir und Split sind schnell zu erreichen. Das Hauswar sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Zimmer wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos. Die Vermieterin Mirjana war sehr freundlichen immer zur Stelle. Der Pool war groß genug und der Meerzugang war auch gut. Würden auf jeden Fall wieder hinfahren.

Tolles Haus in toller Lage

Wir haben zwei Wochen mit zwei Familien (Kinder 5, 7, 7, 9 Jahre) in der Villa Blue verbracht und die Zeit sehr genossen. Das Haus ist modern und schick mit einem sehr großzügigen Erdgeschoss als Wohn-, Ess- und Kochbereich sowie drei Schlafzimmern jeweils mit eigenem Bad im OG. Draußen ist ein toller Pool, viel Schatten, etwas Rasen und eine große Sitzecke. Parken können zwei Autos unter einem Carport und sicherlich 4-6 weitere auf dem Grundstück (falls das jemand braucht). Traumhaft ist die Lage direkt am Wasser, was in der Gegend sehr selten ist. Der Strand besteht aus groben Steinen, so dass Badeschuhe absolute Pflicht sind. Die Kommunikation mit Mirjana und Mile war immer einfach und gut. Bei Bedarf sind sie sehr kurzfristig verfügbar (ca. 15 Min). Wir hatten wirklich eine wunderbare Zeit dort.

Wir können diese Villa nur weiter empfehlen, Lage Top, Einrichtung sehr schön, Vermieter sehr freundlich und kompetent. Wir waren schon öfters in Kroatien, aber hier haben wir uns am Besten gefüllt, die Lage ist unbeschreiblich man muss sich das selber vor-Ort anschauen. Small paradise near Split

Everything is outstanding ! The very modern and clean house, pool and garden, the "private" sea entry!!!, the location and the hosts, Mile and Mirjana with their very supportive attitude and welcome gift (filled refrigerator with ham and cheese platter, juices, beer, bread, fruits, but never intruding in our privacy. Ein rundherum mehr als empfehlenswertes Objekt

Wir waren mit der gesamten Familie vor Ort (zwei Oldies 59, 63; vier Kinder 37,37,22,26, zwei Enkel 4,8). Die Anreise und die Übergabe des Objektes gestaltet sich völlig unproblematisch. Bei der Ankunft war der Kühlschrank bereits mit einem Willkommensmenue ausgestattet, kalte Getränke und Obst lagen bereits. Ein mehr als herzliches Dankeschön dafür. So wurden wir noch nie begrüßt. Die Anlage ist mehr als groß, der Pool super und dazu der direkte Meerzugang sowie dazu eine himmlische Ruhe. Das einzige was stören könnte, wäre der in der Nähe befindliche Flughafen. Wir wohnen aber selbst in der Einflugschneise eines Flughafens, so dass es für uns keinerlei Probleme bereitet. In der Nähe sind alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants vorhanden. Was will man mehr. Wir haben uns alle super erholt!! Wir kommen gerne wieder. Damit es nicht ausgebucht ist, müssten wir eigentlich vom Objekt abraten....(Zwinkern). Ergänzend sei vermerkt, Corona ist hier kein Problem, denn man kann unter sich bleiben!!

Perfect Family-friendly Villa

We travelled as a group of 7 (5 adults & 2 Children). The villa was absolutely perfect, it had everything we needed and manage to exceed our expectations. Upon arrival the fridge was stocked with drinks and some basic essentials as well as a ham and cheese platter. This was perfect, it meant we didn't have to go shopping immediately after a very early start and tiring journey. There is heated pool and easy access to the the sea, there are even some pool inflatables/balls etc. For the sea, make sure you bring aqua shoes. The villa itself is very modern and fitted to a high standard. All rooms had air conditioning which was definitely needed, and were all spacious. The villa is located in a quiet residential area. There are supermarkets within walking distance, or we tended to get an Uber and travel to Konzum/Lidl, approx 10 minutes by car. There are some restaurants closeby. The villa is also quite central to both Split City centre and Trogir, which are very easy to reach by Taxi/Car. The hosts were great, easily contactable and responded promptly to any questions we had. I would highly recommend this villa, and if we go back to Split, I would certainly stay here again.

Perfekter Urlaub mit Freunden

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 10 Personen zwischen 22 und 27 Jahren und waren mit der Villa sehr zufrieden. Der Kontakt zum Eigentümer war perfekt, eine Antwort bekamen wir meistens innerhalb von Minuten. Die Villa war sehr modern eingerichtet und es war wirklich alles sehr sauber. Bei der Ankunft waren bereits ein paar Bier, Säfte, Milch und zwei Schinken-Käse-Platten im Kühlschrank. Ansonsten erstmal die positiven Punkte: - sehr ruhige Lage mit direktem Meerzugang - sehr freundliche Vermieter, an die man sich jederzeit bei Problemen wenden konnte - nahe Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge (z.B. nach Trogir oder Split) - beheizbarer Pool mit Massagedüsen sowie für jeden ein eigenes Poolhandtuch - gute Ausstattung (z.B. Gewürze, Spülmaschinentabs, Kaffeepulver, Seife, Duschgel) Wenige negative Punkte sind aber noch zu nennen: - Wasser öfters nicht richtig warm (wurde über Boiler auf dem Dach erwärmt) - defekter Sonnenschirm, der eigentlich nicht mehr benutzbar war (wir haben ihn trotzdem aufgestellt, auf der Terrasse gibt es kaum Schattenplätze) Fazit: Perfekter Urlaub für junge Leute aber sicher auch für Familien. :-)

Sehr tolles Haus

Wir sind 8 junge Erwachsene und waren eine Woche im Haus. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Unsere Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer waren gut aufgeteilt und alles war sehr sauber. Die Lage war super toll weil wir direkt am Meer waren. Ich kann diese Villa nur weiter empfehlen. Lg

schon bei unserer Ankunft hat uns der Vermieter erwartet, Grundnahrungsmittel und Jause warteten schon auf uns, das Haus ist sehr sauber , die Vermieter sehr nett und hilfsbereit, einziger Nachteil ist, dass das Grundstück nicht eingezäunt ist. Leider lies sich der Pool auch nicht wirklich erwärmen .Restaurants in 5 Gehminuten entfernt- insgesamt kann man das Domizil nur empfehlen

A Private Oasis not far from Split

From the moment we arrived Mile and his wife were attentive and very hospitable. We had a little difficulty in finding the house but within five minutes of a call, Mile drove up to guide us. We were greeted and shown the the entire house; Surprised by 2 trays of pruzt and cheese which were heavenly along with milk, water, butter...etc. the essentials so we didn’t have to run out after our long trip. The house itself was spotless, and very private with a gorgeous pool and private entrance to the Adriatic. Bring or buy water shoes (found everywhere) due to rocks and sea urchins, but the Adriatic is clear and delightful. The hosts made themselves available for any questions, directions , suggestions and the indoor/outdoor living totally changed our attitudes towards modern houses. The breezes from the ocean made a hot day comfortable. We were torn between enjoying the house and touring. Thanks to Miles wife, we also received delicious pastries near our departure. Pleasing 8 people is not easy but our hosts delivered in spades! Thanks to them both for a very memorable stay. As a suggestion, Krka National park deserves mention. it was so beautiful and saved us from driving all the way to Plitvice for a similar experience.
