Beautiful 4 Bedroom Home, South facing, Free Wifi, 10 mins from Disney

Our beautiful 4 bedroom,3 bathroom, fully air conditioned house is furnished to a very high standard in a gated community ideally situated for access to the Disney area Parks.
The house, set on a south facing lot is on a small hill so you have no rear neighbours, comes fully equipped with everything you need for the perfect holiday.
The furnishings have been individually chosen to make it a real home-from-home and the family room along with all bedrooms have remote controlled satellite & Roku TVs.
The villa has an extended sun deck, complete with sunshade, with a beautiful pool and whirlpool spa area.
Patio doors lead out to the fully screened privacy screening deck area. We have screen and gate to put up in front of the pool in order to keep children safe if needed.
The pool is serviced and cleaned weekly. Arrangements can be made to have the pool heated during the cooler months for a small fee.
4 sun loungers, 10 patio chairs and table are provided.
Our home is equipped with 5 satellite & Roku TV's, free high speed internet upgraded.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with a full size oven with built in microwave oven, dishwasher, waste disposal, refrigerator with ice and cold water dispensers. There is also a breakfast table and chairs, a breakfast bar and stools, is fully equipped.
The family room has sofas and a chair with views of the patio with the main TV, DVD & stereo.
The living room has two sofas and a formal dining area.
We have 2 master bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master suite comprises a king size bed with en-suite facilities, and the other a Queen Size bed and en-suite. The 2 twin rooms share a Jack & Jill bathroom.
The home is fully air-conditioned throughout. Additional we have a utility room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.
The Games Room has Air Hockey, Foosball and a Pool Table. There are also a selection of board games and jigsaw puzzles.
There is also free use of the on-site leisure facilities including tennis courts and children’s play area

Awesome winter getaway

Once again, we had a wonderful time staying in this house (our second year). Highly recommend it. Large beautiful home, well appointed. Fantastic pool and patio area with sun shade awning. Our whole family loved it (they joined us with kids for a week). Highgate Park is a gorgeous gated community close to Disney but far enough away to be peaceful and relaxing. Lots of great amenities in the local area so you don't have to go into Orlando unless you want to.

Secure Beautiful Home for a Disney Vacation

The home was located in a beautiful gated community with all things important close by (i.e. Disney Parks (15-20 mins), Walmart, Publix restaurants (3 Mins.). The home was very spacious for our family of seven and clean. The management handled any issues right away. The home owners responded immediately to any questions we had about the property. A great place! We would not hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to Disney!

The home was so nice and just what was needed for our stay. The pool and game room were perfect entertainment for the kids. Only negative was the right side bottom heating element on the stove didn't work. But overall it was great.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We were just looking for a place to relax and enjoy the warm weather since we live in Maine and our winter has been brutal. The house was lovely and had all the amenities that we needed. The pool and hot tub were perfect. They were a bit cold the first day, but warmed up nicely after that. Marianne was wonderful to deal with, she answered all my questions prior to the visit and provided all the info we needed to make our stay the best.

Wonderful winter getaway! Highly recommended.

We are from New England and just spent 4 wonderful weeks in this house away from winter. It was a great experience. This is a lovely house, with a fantastic pool. The house is large and well appointed. We had family visit with kids for 5 days and we made some great memories together (our family told us the same thing). Plenty of room for all of us, with a huge master bedroom and 3 other bedrooms, one on the first floor. We were fortunate to get excellent weather -- in the 80's for the first 2 and a half weeks. We were in the pool every day! The pool deck is large and well decorated and furnished. The layout is great, with a bathroom right off of the pool with easy access and a slider to the kitchen. Ate many meals at the table on the pool deck. It's just so lovely to eat outside! Multiple places for people to gather, between the family room, living room and the pool deck. Our family didn't want to go home! And frankly neither did we. The house is in an excellent location -- close to Disney and other attractions. Five minutes to a good supermarket, drug store, and reasonable take out food. The kitchen is well equipped should you be inclined to cook. The company that services the property was excellent. They were easy to reach by phone and very responsive. We especially liked Ron who was personable and helpful. All in all, a great vacation, highly recommended. Will go back if we get the opportunity.

Clean house in need of some up-keep

We (family of 5) arrived the Wednesday before Thanksgiving until Sunday. Upon our arrival, the home looked, smelled clean and very organized. The kitchen had everything we needed. The pool/spa was icy cold as the heater had not been working (taken care of right away by management staff). We enjoyed late night dips in spa after day in parks when kids went down. However, there were things along the way we found were not working. Only fully operational bathroom was the master upstairs. The other upstairs toilet was clogged (using plunger did not work) and the 3rd toilet (which is downstairs) didn't flush (you had to uncover the lid and pull chain to manually flush it by submerging hand inside). Out of 3 upstairs TV's, the only one that worked was a 50+ inch TV in the master that was hard to see (it was one of those old school projector TVs). The other 2 upstairs TV's did not work. This caused our 3 kids (9,7,2) to either be running around the house or in the master bedroom watching their cartoons while mom and dad got dressed. The foosball table is broken and on its side, pool table is missing a ball, air hockey table was broken. I understand previous guests may have damaged it but do not advertise these amenities when they do not work!! My 9 yr son was SOOO looking forward to playing foosball and was unable to. I understand the management company could have been called for the needed repairs but I found out about these issues late on the 1st day of arrival, the next day was Thanksgiving and we departed a few days after so we just adjusted and made the best of it. However, these are things that should have been checked out prior to our arrival so we won’t be inconvenienced during our stay. Aside from the issues explained, our stay was enjoyable. We even had Thanksgiving dinner (catered) on the formal dining room and made great memories as we do every few months we visit.

Why they chose this property

We viewed over 30 homes and looked at 100s on line but when we saw this house we knew it was the one.A combination of the grandeur of the approach and entrance combined with the excellent location, it's a corner plot, on the start of a downwards slope in each direction ensuring it is not overlooked, and a tree lined street was the initial draw. The interior has a very spacious feel , the master suite is massive as is the pool. The lanai has a canopy which is great for me (I'm blonde) and children to get some shade from the very sunny terrace. Finally it is near to shops, a Publix, a Walmart and most importantly "DISNEY"

What makes this property unique

You will love this house if you like: Space, a sunny terrace, a large pool, being near to to the Disney parks, outlet Malls and shops and restaurants. The property is on gated Community of Highgate Park which has tennis courts and children's play area. There are nearby golf courses if that is your preference. The Universal parks and Seaworld parks are 25 - 30 minutes away. Legoland is a little further away but easily reached from the Highway 27 which is at the entrance to the community.
