Best vacation ever

Piero's beautiful villa was everything and more we dreamed of. He was such a gracious host willing to help us with anything. We noticed the pool pump had gone out and within 24 hours on a Sunday he had it replaced and working again. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone wanting to get away and still be close to local businesses and restaurants. I cannot say enough about what an amazing time we had and how incredible the villa and the views were.

Caserosa is a wonderful place, full of colour, light and spectacular views.

Carerosa is a hidden gem situated in woodland overlooking the Mediterranean. The villa is beautifully designed, light and spacious with a natural charm and stunning views where you can relax and instantly feel at home. There are several terraces to choose from, with excellent dining areas both inside and out in the garden. Solar powered lighting turns the garden, full of colour during the day, into a twinkling magical glade at night and we especially enjoyed eating outside under the stars. As well as a small private pool in the garden there is also a much larger pool 2 minutes walk from the villa complete with sun loungers, a garden area and views over the surrounding countryside. Piero, the owner, was extremely helpful and spoke excellent English. He was contactable throughout our stay and was happy to provide information on the area and recommend the best restaurants. The area of Calabria is a popular destination for Italian holiday makers and whilst the beaches are crowded in July and August they were gloriously deserted at the time of our visit in September. The countryside is beautifully dramatic and dotted with villages perched precariously on the top of the hillsides. Each village has it's own character and is a labyrinth of tiny alleyways, chapels, churches and cats. Pompeii is about 3 hours drive and worth the trip and the little town of Diamante is gorgeous and only a 15 minute drive. A car is absolutely essential as is a phrase-book.

fantastic villa with stunning views

This villa is stunning with everything you need for a holiday. We went in February so couldn't enjoy the pool but would love to go back in the summer 1 year to take full advantage. Stunning views of sea especially from the main bedroom, where we enjoyed drinks on the large balcony. Could not fault it. Fantastic 😊

Abbiamo trascorso le vacanze al mare in compagnia presso questa splendida villa, le foto sono reali e danno idea degli ampi spazi a disposizione, ci siamo trovati benissimo, come essere a casa. Pulizia ottima, spazi super, tutto quello che serve è a disposizione, a pochi minuti dal mare però nello stesso tempo fuori dal caos. Molta disponibilità da parte del proprietario, insomma un posto da ritornarci e restare un pò di più. Vista incantevole sul mare. Grazie a presto. Cinzia, Claudio, Francesca, Franco, Monica e Mirco. UNA VACANZA DA RICORDARE E RIPETERE

Se cercate un luogo incantevole, con vista panoramica superba, una tranquillità quasi irreale per chi proviene dal caos di una metropoli, gentilezza e ospitalità difficili da trovare altrove, beh, questo è il posto giusto. Abbiamo soggiornato in questa villa per 2 settimane (siamo una famiglia composta da tre persone con cagnolino al seguito) e devo dire che a parte la bellezza dei luoghi e della Calabria in generale, la casa in questione merita davvero un' ottima recensione, sia per la posizione ottimale, che per la pulizia, che per l'arredamento curato e funzionale. Le stanze sono ampie, ci sono 3 bagni con doccia e servizi, il soggiorno molto grande e vivibile in ogni sua parte, il giardino accogliente dotato di ogni confort, il patio e la graziosa piscina rotonda rendono la permanenza ancora più piacevole. Volendo si può usufruire di un'altra piscina molto grande che si trova a poca distanza dalla villa. Il clima è stato ottimo, la casa dispone di climatizzatori, ma non è stato necessario accenderli. Il luogo è tranquillo, in posizione dominante, con conseguente vista sul mare che lascia senza parole. Posto auto riservato e cancello elettrico. Il proprietario è una persona squisita, molto disponibile ed attenta ad ogni vostra esigenza. Cosa desiderare di più? Tornarci il prossimo anno!

Really very beautiful villa

We arrived in this beautiful villa to spend two weeks in Calabria and everything was really fantastic, there is a private pool in the beautiful garden with big trees and another resort big pool near close. The villa was very clean and comfortable, and fully furnished and equiped with air-condictioning, internet Wi-Fi, tv sat... The owner is a very nice person which makes himself available if you call him...(we had also some boat trip with him with his big inflatable boat - but this is an extra!), he gave us two free tickets to Parco Termale Acquaviva, in Terme Luigiane: it was a really fantastic experience! Location is excellent, on the top of a green hill with nice views over the sea and over the mountains (beautiful beach at only 5 minutes drive). we will come back next year probably!

è una villa da sogno!

..è davvero una villa da sogno! bellissima architettura, arredi, comodità, giardino, piscina privata e un'altra condominiale...panorama mozzafiato a cinque minuti d'auto da spiagge libere con rocce naturali e un mare pulitissimo. La zona è ricca di attrazioni, il proprietario ci ha accolti con garbo e gentilezza, ci ha anche omaggiato 2 ingressi gratis nello stupendo parco termale acquaviva alle terme luigiane dove abbiamo trascorso giornate favolose nelle sue piscine termali e nel suo centro benessere modernissimo! abbiamo fatto con lui anche una gita in un grosso gommone per vedere la costa dal mare (a pagamento) e abbiamo raggiunto l'isola di Cirella via mare! Nel complesso questa vacanza è stata davvero una bella sorpresa, non ci aspettavamo tanta gentilezza e ospitalità in Calabria!

Abbiamo trascorso (eravamo in due famiglie con 8 persone ) le ns vacanze estive in questa stupenda villa adagiata sulla collina del Telegrafo a Bonifati. le pur belle foto non rendono appieno la realta' della villa : bellissimo e godevole il contesto esterno , gli interni con le spaziose stanze e la eccezionale vista sul mare . Ottimo il servizio e la pulizia della struttura. Bella anche la piscina che permette un gradevole relax sempre con vista sul mare . La posizione permette di visitare agevolmente il tratto di costa da Praia a Mare a Paola con le belle e diverse spiagge con mare limpido. Consigliabile a chi ama il mare e la tranquillita'. wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir, 4 Erwachsene, haben in dem Haus für 2 Wochen einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht. Das Haus entspricht genau den Bildern in der Beschreibung und ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Durch die vielen Terassen und Balkons hat man einen herrlichen Ausblick und kann sich zum Essen immer auf die Schattenseite verziehen. Die Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern ist bei den hohen Temperaturen sehr nützlich. Das Haus war sehr sauber und ordentlich und es hat mit der Schlüsselübergabe sehr gut geklappt. Das einzige Negative war die Ausstattung der Küche, da nur 4 TassenTassen ,Abendbrotteller und große Löffel vorhanden waren. Auch ein Wasserkessel fehlte, aber das machte keinen Abbruch an der Qualität des Hauses. Der Badestrand und das Wasser in der Nähe des Hause war sehr sauber und im Juni von den Menschen und der Wärme auszuhalten. Alles in Allem war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub ohne das kleinste negative Erlebnis.
