Recently renovated by a well-known Roman interior designer, it consists of a large bedroom and a modern bathroom. The property includes a living room with a particularly comfortable sofa bed, and an equipped kitchenette. Each room is equipped with a 43 "smart TV and air conditioning.

Great location. Store very close. Places to eat near by AC worked very well shower pressure good washer in unit The hairdryer attached to wall is nice Quiet at night Owner very accommodating with meeting and anything I may have needed. Arranged taxi to airport.

Ho soggiornato per 4 notti con la mia famiglia in questo splendido appartamento. Marzia ci ha accolto con gentilezza e grande disponibilità . Tutte le attese hanno avuto ottimo riscontro. Comfort assoluto, tutte le comodità per soggiornare nella capitale come trovarsi a casa propria. Letti comodissimi, cucina completa di tutti i servizi. Grazie ancora e alla prossima.

Un weekend perfetto!

Ho prenotato l'appartamento per mia cugina e il fidanzato in visita per la prima volta a Roma non potendo ospitarli io. Wow, davvero non mi aspettavo una casa così bella! E' stato un soggiorno perfetto: essere vicini alla metro e a San Pietro è stato geniale per ottimizzare i soli 2 giorni che avevano a disposizione. Hanno amato anche la vicinanza a una delle vie più belle dello shopping! Inoltre la casa così accogliente e ben arredata ha permesso loro di godersi anche i momenti di pioggia del weekend. Marzia è stata un'ospite meravigliosa, io non avrei saputo fare di meglio, suggerendo dove mangiare bene senza cadere nelle trappole per turisti. Insomma grazie, un weekend che non dimenticheranno! Suggerirò senz'altro questa struttura ad amici e partenti :-)

Great apartment, perfect location, perfect hosts!!

The apartment is in a nice neighborhood with good restaurants and bars. The area is very safe and full of all kind of stores and boutiques. We loved being close to a subway stop: we were able to take the train to all the sights we planned to see. Thank you Federico and Marzia for making us feel at home and for arranging a private taxi. Hope to come back to visit Rome soon and stay at your wonderful apartment again!

We stayed in casa Ada in october. Marzia and Federico were fantastic host. The apartment is absolutely stunning, with all the confortable you need, more than an hotel, feeling like at home. The apartment is strategically located in Rome main interesting zone, near the Vatican, near the center and full of restaurants and shops in around. The apartment is a new renovation with very confortable bed, nice flat tv, fully equipped and high speed internet connection. Highly recommended.

Il posto ideale per una fuga a Roma.

L'appartamento ha superato le nostre aspettative: rispecchia esattamente le foto dell'annuncio. È molto pulito, ben arredato, dotato di tutto ciò che sere per sentirsi a casa. La posizione è strategica, vicinissima al Vaticano ed alle principali attrazioni turistiche. La proprietaria è stata disponibile, ci ha fornito informazioni utili sul quartiere e sulla città in generale, consigliandoci anche ottimi ristoranti. Nei nostri futuri soggiorni romani torneremo certamente qui!
