GREAT Apartment, GREAT location

We recently stayed for two nights and everything was perfect. The check in process was seamless, the location was perfect (we were going to the Vatican for an early tour and this was a 10 minute walk away) and the space was beautiful, clean, spacious and comfortable.

Rome Visit

The location was perfect and the accommodations were great. The apartment was was well appointed and very comfortable. Marzia was extremely helpful, arranging transportation to and from cruise port and airport. I would highly recommend this property when visiting Rome. We will be back!

Perfect!

This is a perfect place to stay when you visit Rome! The apartment was clean, beautifully decorated and within an easy walking distance to major sights (such as the Vatican) and close to a Metro station. There are several coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Marzia was great and arranged to have a driver take us to/from the airport. If I am fortunate enough to return to Rome, I would definitely choose to stay here again! It truly was a home away from home!

Rome escape

Marzia is a fantastic host. She went out of her way to help us with all of our needs and questions, answered every email promptly, arranged for airport pick up and gave us very helpful information. Superb apartment

We loved our stay at the Prati apartment. From the courtyard and building to the apartment itself, it was very clean and inviting. Marzia was a wonderful hostess, helping us to get settled in by giving us a map and recommendations for places to see and eat. On another leg of our trip we ended up coming back to Rome and chose a more expensive apartment closer to the city center to cut down on the walking distance to the city center. While it has saved us on walking, we found ourselves missing the modernizations and quality you will find in the Prati apartment. Thank you for a great stay, Marzia!

Cozy, Charming, Comfortable, Clean, and Well Maintained Apartment

This was our first VRBO experience which proved very positive. We enjoyed our stay! Marzia was extremely helpful and available. The apartment is in a quiet area. There are four locks to enter the apartment - one for the gate, one for the apartment complex, one for the hallway and one for the apartment. We felt very safe. I was glad the apartment was a close distance to the Metro which made getting to various places easy. The grocery store is 1/2 block away. Marzia provided a list of good eating places for pizza, pasta, coffee, and breakfast. Thank you Marzia for your hospitality.

great location - nice local restaurants - convenient to metro and vatican Very noisy at night. Expected that on the weekend (bustling until 2 or 2:30AM, but did not expect it on a Monday night - very loud voices on the street after 3AM. We needed to keep the windows open for fresh air at night, but even with earplugs, it was rough sleeping. Apartment was one floor up from street. Otherwise, very nice

The proerty manager prvide great sevice. First floor corner apartment with lots of light. Easy access to metro and bus. Great resturaunts close by.With elevator perfect for 2 older vacationers.

Our Roma Stay!

Absolutely loved this place. Perfect location and great air conditioning to relax after the long hot day at the Vatican and Coliseum tours. The laundry machines really helped us too, as this was the middle of our 24 day trip. I highly recommend this as a home base!

Live like a Local

Our 4 weeks were a wonderful experience. Marzia is a great host and her recommendations were terrific. The apartment is in a lovely building with the amenities as listed, close to important sights, in the middle of amazing shopping and dining. We like settling in and being part of a neighborhood and the Prati is a wonderful ‘hood. The only disappointment was the lack of an Oven. We know most people don’t go to Rome to Cook or stay for this long, but we love shopping the markets and having an evening meal “at home” occasionally. We did shop, cook and live like locals! A memorable visit. We’ve visited Rome several times over the years and rented apartments in other neighborhoods, this was our favorite location for feeling like you are not just another tourist. Grazie Molto, Marzia!

Home away from home

The host was incredibly accommodating in every aspect of our stay from early check in to arranging for private drivers even after our stay ended. This rental was very upscale in its decor. While there was a single bedroom the pull out coach was very comfortable. The bathrooms were large and included towel warmers. A washer and dryer was also provided and easy to operate. The rental is very close to the Vatican and close to both bus stop and metro for easy access to all parts of the city. I highly recommend this apartment for a comfortable stay.

Wonderful Host!

The apartment was immaculate! Our host was helpful and even left much needed drinks in the refrigerator to help regroup until we could get our bearings. It was close to a Metro stop and to the Vatican. We would definitely stay in this quiet residential neighborhood again!

Marzie was a great host. She was very helpful with everything including getting us transportation from the airport to the apartment at the beginning. My daughter and I had a wonderful time at this location and our host was fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed the apartment. It was perfect for the 2 of us.
