This three bedroom two bath condominium is perfect for a family of six. Located on the gulf interior this condo is walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Located at the Aqua condominiums complex this condo has a queen bed in the master bedroom, queen bed in the first guest bathroom, and two twin beds in the second guest bedroom. There is a flat screen television every bedroom.The fully stocked kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There is also a breakfast bar with stools for additional seating. The
bbq/picnic area near the community pool is a great place to relax and catch some sun. This condo also comes equipped with washer/dryer, cable, and wifi.

Every stay at Aqua #4 includes a complimentary starter kit stocked with essential vacation items such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee and filters, olive oil, and basic seasonings. For your comfort, we recommend bringing a few personal favorites such as beach towels, sunscreen, extra blankets, bottled water, or baby items. These small extras will make your stay even more relaxing and worry-free.​​​​​​​

We had an awesome vacation here. We'll supplied kitchen for cooking. Quiet area. Nice sized pool. Close to the beach. The small balcony was cute and we could see the fireworks from there.

It’s was great! I loved the balcony and it accommodated the family well. I do like how there was plenty of towels and kitchen utensils. Overall great stay and would definitely recommend!

Beach vacation!

This condo is a two minute walk to the beach, 10 minute walk to downtown, and a spacious bedrooms HUGE kitchen. Staff make everything easy. İf it's open, book it!

The location was excellent, easy access to the beach. Check in was smooth and no hassle. The only complain was the cleanliness of the condo when we checked in we found several dirty socks throughout condo like it wasn’t clean prior to arriving. The floor mats in the bathrooms were soaked and smelled. I don’t think we’d return due to cleanliness.

Enjoyed every moment. I would recommend!

My family enjoyed our stay here! The location is the best, literally walked to the beach with two little ones and it wasn't a hassle at all! The rental was nice and cozy. Only minor things I'll mention are the first bedroom with the two beds are both twin sized and we thought it was a full and twin sized one. No problem though, we pushed the beds together. Another thing, also a personal preference was there were not enough wash cloths. I'll suggest bringing your own with you. Lastly, the shower in the master bedroom was not to my liking so I showered in the main bathroom the first night and wore shower shoes afterwards for the master bathroom. Overall, our stay here was awesome and we enjoyed every moment. I would recommend!

This condo was a delight! It was clean, quiet despite there being spring breakers on the island, and a close walk to the beach. In both pre-trip communications and during our trip, the staff were incredibly responsive to email questions and usually offered recommendations of places we were looking for.

I highly recommend Aqua 4 and SPI Rentals. They respond very quickly to any concerns you have on the property. The only thing I would say needs assessment would be the water pressure. The showers water pressure is very low in both showers. Overall a great place to stay.

Awesome place to stay!

I highly recommend staying at this condo and will make this our go to on our trips to SPI. I have no complaints. It's within a short walking distance to a beach access point, convenience store and restaurants. The condo is spacious, VERY clean, in neat order, wifi, cable in all bedrooms and complete with all working appliances. The master bedroom balcony overlooks the pool that is great for taking a dip to cool off. You can't beat this condo for your next relaxing trip to SPI, It was like we were at home. Staff is very pleasant and friendly. Don't miss your chance to stay in condo #4, book it now!

Beautiful well equipped 3 bedroom condo with all the comforts of home. Perfectly located with a short walk to the beach or main strip. Also some great restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay at this property again.
