This stunning apartment is situated in a very convenient location right in the centre of the vibrant and cosmopolitan town of Lagos.

With air conditioning throughout and a private sun terrace the apartment is an ideal base for year round letting and has a host of home comforts making it ideal for couples and families alike.

The apartment is on the first floor, is accessible by lift and comprises of an entrance hall that leads to a lovely bright lounge with french doors leading to a Juliette balcony. There is a well equipped Kitchen with a door leading out to a large private sun terrace. Both bedrooms are furnished to a very high standard with the Master Double having french doors to a Juliette balcony. Bedroom 2 is also a double room with french doors and access to the private terrace.

The modern and contemporary bathroom has a Bath with shower over, Vanity Wash Basin and WC.

The property managers were very responsive and helped us store bags, helped us when we got locked out and arranged transport to and from the location. It was a perfect location for our girls trip, right in the city center and close walk to beaches.

Great location and nice accommodations. HOWEVER, I will never stay here or rent from Algarve Resorts again. This company seems to focus on what’s convenient for them rather than what a guest might need. Here are several examples of the terrible communication & service we experienced.1. We were sent confirmations for two different apartments. No one mentioned a change to the plan so I had to contact them to ask which was the accurate confirmation.2. Upon arrival, we agreed to meet our host at the apartment. She never mentioned that you canNOT drive to the property - it is on an alleyway. We drove in circles. We communicated with her about where we were and she kept saying “you’re very close”. We sent our location. But she provided no guidance. We were actually less than 50 feet away at one point but she couldn’t tell us how to get there or that we needed to park and walk! She was a native English speaker.3. When she showed us around the apartment, she neglected to communicate that there were hidden blinds that were electronically managed and could provide both privacy and black out for sleeping.4. When I asked for more toilet paper and bath gel (4 of us there for 3 days), she said their procedure is to provide only the first days worth.5. When I requested maintenance to get hot water in the bathroom, she explained that the temp was set approp for this property and no maint was needed.Too bad for apt owner that this mgmt company will lose biz for them.

Great apartment in the center of old town Lagos

My wife and I rented this apartment for one week in July 2018. We were very pleased with all aspects of our stay and would definitely want to stay here again the next time we are in Lagos. We didn't have a car and arrived by train. Adrian (the property manager) was very friendly and helpful. He picked us up at the train station and drove us to the apartment to drop off our luggage, showed us around the apartment and made us feel comfortable. There is very little parking near the apartment, so it is best for someone who plans to walk or use public transportation (train/bus). There are several very good restaurants very close by. We especially liked Casa do Prego and Mar d'Estorias, which were both within one block. There is a small grocery store within a block, with a larger grocery about one mile away. The beach (Praia da Batata) is a 10 minute walk and you can walk from beach to beach through a series of tunnels - at least when it's not high tide. The "alley" in front of the apartment is only for pedestrians (i.e., no cars) and is relatively quiet. We felt very safe, but were not out late at night. The apartment is on the first floor (meaning "second" floor) and you can either use the stairs or a small elevator. The bedrooms and bathroom are of good size. One of the bedrooms faces the alley and there is a very bright street light right outside, so you would need to keep the blinds drawn. We stayed in the back bedroom which opens into the courtyard. There are good air conditioners in each room that can be used when needed. The internet was reliable and fast. In summary, we very highly recommend this apartment.

Appartement prima, behalve kwam op het terras geen zon. Wij gingen er van uit dat er wèl zon zou komen aangezien er twee ligzetels en een parasol stonden. Dit was het belangrijkste minpunt. Daarentegen veel pluspunten: wifi-snelheid uitstekend en de airco werkte perfect. Eveneens de netheid van het appartement zeer goed: wekelijkse poetsbeurten waren inbegrepen. Winkels in de buurt: wel wagen nodig voor grote boodschappen; een paar kleine kruideniers wel te voet te bereiken. Grootste troef: enorme keuze en hoeveelheid restaurants om de hoek!

Seitenstraße in Lagos wo tagsüber Drogen verkauft werden und nachts viele betrunkene Leute unterwegs sind. Die Wohnung war nicht sauber. Größe der Wohnung ist ok, bis aufs Bad - wo auch kein Wasserdruck / heiß Wasser war.
