With the added bonus of on-site parking, it makes coming and going easy, especially during busy seasons. You are also just a short stroll from St Ives Town Centre, where you can explore a great mix of galleries, cafes, restaurants, and independent shops, all set within the charm of this popular coastal town.

Set over three floors, the cottage combines a traditional look with modern comforts, giving you a relaxed and welcoming place to stay. The granite detailing and cottage style touches create a cosy feel throughout, while still offering plenty of space for families or friends. Outside, there is a private courtyard with a bench, a lovely spot to start the day with a coffee or to unwind in the evening after time spent by the sea.

On the ground floor, the modern style kitchen and dining area forms the heart of the home, designed for easy, sociable living. It is fully equipped with everything you need, including an oven, induction hob, dishwasher, washer dryer, microwave, and fridge freezer. There are also a couple of comfortable chairs and a TV, making it a great place to relax together after a day out. A convenient walk-in shower room is also located on this floor, ideal for rinsing off sandy toes after the beach. Upstairs on the first floor, you will find a snug and inviting living room with a corner sofa, soft furnishings, and a TV, along with a separate WC.

As the property is a traditional cottage the stairs inside and to access the parking are steep and may not be suitable for some guests. Please always supervise children near stairs.

Access Statement – 4 Porthmeor Court can be accessed on the flat from Porthmeor Road, there is then one small step into the holiday home. If you are making use of the parking space, please note, there is a staircase consisting of eleven steps coming down from the parking space to the holiday home.
