Wonderful holiday home near the beach and the city

This beautifully decorated home with a Spanish touch has a large modern kitchen and a beautiful south-facing terrace with barbecue, blinds and sunbeds. A very nice home at walking distance from the beach which makes it a great place to stay.

The beach of Los Locos (Torrevieja) is within walking distance and the property is also very suitable for the winter months to stay. That at attractive prices.

Torrevieja is approximately a 45 minute drive from Alicante Airport. The boulevard of the city is without doubt great. Beautifully landscaped with many terraces, cozy couches everywhere, some artwork and occasional artificial beaches.

Great location and communication with Hans. The villa and amenitites as described, in addition to some useful additions such as the cart to use for the Friday market. We will definately rebook if we return to Torrevieja.

Lovely villa to stay in for a nice family holiday. Beautiful pool area with great bbq area also, clean and tidy villa equipped with all you need. Good location for amenities, shops etc. Hans a great host, would recommend staying here.

Hans was a wonderful host, he picked us up (and dropped us back) to the airport and talked us through everything once we reached the property. His little home had everything you could possibly need and was just a few minutes from the supermarket, 5 mins to a great bar just round the corner and about 10 minute walk to the seafront. The pool was a godsend for a cooling off with the few days of hot temperatures we had whilst there. Bed was very comfortable and place was clean.It was a perfectly relaxing week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Will definitely visit again

Lovely house in a great position

Great place to stay for us in winter as it is south facing and secure. A great walk to the beach or to the town of Torrevieja. Great host who was easy to contact and very quick at replying. Definitely recommend this place and hopefully will be back.

Stunning bungalow with everything you could need, great location and the pool was perfect for us and our son. Comfortable and spacious interior traditionally spanish but with all the mod cons. Hans is a great host, there on hand if needed and super helpful. Wouldnt hesitate to stay again, made some amazing memories 💖

Very nice place great host who takes the time to talk to you and visited to clean pool.kitchen well equipped nice large tv with channels from different countrys .washing machine was a great help .pool great for cooling down in heat .in a good residential area within 15mins of sea front and bars.really good supermercardo at end if street .overall really good time had here thanks hans

This is a gem of a villa with an excellent little pool. It’s about a 25/30 minute walk into the main beachfront area with all the restaurants but there is a quieter beach with some bars and restaurants 10 minutes walk away. The facilities are excellent and there is a great outdoor kitchen. Hans is a super host, picked us up from the airport for a very reasonable transfer price, gave us a short guided tour of the area then as we were early and the villa was still being cleaned dropped us off at a local shopping centre so we could get a bite to eat and some shopping in, then picked us back up when the villa was ready. Thanks Hans will definitely think about coming back.

A wonderful holiday home ~ The pool was bigger than expected ~ the pictures of the house inside and out are exactly as is ~ The house has absolutely everything you could ever need and more ~ Hans the host was fab ~ we had treats on arrival and Hans was very helpful ~ a good 15 min walk to beach and marina so we hired Escooters which was cheap and the best fun ~ You will not be disappointed and we will be back for sure ~ .Absolute Bliss

Property was perfect for a relaxing holiday. The pool was fantastic for lounging on lilos sunbathing. Supermarket, beaches and restaurants are all within 15 mins walk so we had no need for a car. The property comes with everything you need. The outdoor cooking area is amazing with a range of grills etc. we would highly recommend this to everyone. Thank you Hans! 😊 Just perfect!

Prima tijd gehad in het huisje, op loopafstand van strand en oude centrum van Torrevieja en supermarkt in de buurt.Het zwembad is schoon en groot genoeg voor even af te koelen. De auto kan makkelijk geparkeerd worden en vriendelijke eigenaar Hans woont in de buurt en reageert snel op vragen. Het huis is keurig ingericht en voorzien van alles dat nodig is. Kortom, prima voor kort verbijf.
