In a quiet naturist ( nudist ) urbanization of 40 apartments, a community swimming pool, where it is forbidden to swim with a swimsuit, is surrounded by a beautifully wooded land. The apartment is located on the 1st floor.
A covered terrace of 20 m2, facing South/ East is equipped with a summer kitchen and a garden table and chairs.
A staircase allows to climb on a solarium of 45 m2 where the view on the sea is incomparable. This solarium has a full lounge and deckchair for 360° sunshine throughout the day. It is decorated with exotic flower pots that make it its charm .
The apartment of 45 m2 has 2 double bedrooms, one with a bed of 160x200 and the other 135x190. All rooms are equipped with mosquito nets and ceiling fan.
The bathroom consists of a bathtub and the toilet is separate.
In the main room, air conditioning provides you with mild warmth in winter and a healthy refreshment in summer.
The kitchen consists of a dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge and coffee machine.
A TV with French decoder and ASTRA decoder (for foreigners) is available in the living/ dining area.
WIFI is available as an option at the price of 15 € per week
A covered parking space is included in the rental.
Sheets, towels and tea towels are provided.

Todas las cosas que necesitas son en este apartamento.
La vista en el mar esta fantastic y el solarium de 360 grados es fenomenal. Los dueños estan muy cerca y vienen rapidamente ayudarnos si hay problemas o preguntas. Placer y placer todos los dias!!!!!
