T1 casino area next to the beach

My apartment is very close to the 50mt beach, 50mt casino, nightlife, downtown, market, good restaurants, public transport, metro 10min walk with connection to Porto city, Porto airport is 27km away. My space is very good for those who like to enjoy the extensive beaches that the city has, for couples, individual adventures, business travelers and families (with children).
