Ideally located 100 meters from the Mediterranean Sea, and next to the golf course "Playa Serena Golf Club". Modern residential and very well maintained, in the urbanization "Playa Serena" of Roquetas de Mar. The apartment has views of the sea and the different pools of the residential, which also has three paddle courts and several playgrounds. The orientation of the terrace is ideal, both in summer and winter. The apartment is in excellent condition and tastefully furnished. It has all the comforts, as well as a private Wi-Fi connection. Parking space available to tenants.

Caro para como esta.....

La verdad q el apartamento nos defraudo. Primero el baño pequeño estaba atascado, y no se podía utilizar. Cuando se lo comentamos al propietsrio, no nos dio ninguna solución. Hemos tenido que estar cuatro personas utilizando un baño. El apartamento no esta equipado bien, tiene el menaje muy escado y muchas cosas faltan....ejemplo sin paños de cocina, un dolo boll para la ensalada y roto, cuatro tenedores, sin una alfombrilla para cuando sales de la ducha. El apartamento tampoco estaba muy limpio....en fin no volvería a este apartamento. Muchas gracias.

El entorno es precioso, cerca de la playa y con multitud de actividades para hacer, pero también tranquilo. El apartamento una maravilla, bien amueblado, cómodo, espacioso y bonito. Los dueños atentos y encantadores. Totalmente recomendable.

Appartement confort 5*, proche de toutes facilités

Nous y avons séjourné avec nos deux jeunes enfants durant la première quinzaine de juillet. Outre le fait de sa situation exceptionnelle (à deux pas de la plage et du centre tout en étant dans une zone assez calme et moins fréquentée), l'appartement dipose de nombreuses qualités non-négligeables : - Confort remarquable et richement équipé (cuisine super-équipée, lave-linge, TV avec chaines locales et étrangères, wifi,... - Toutes les pièces offrent des espaces généreux et comptent notamment un large espace salon-salle à manger, deux belles chambres, deux SDB, une cuisine super équippée + buanderie et une grande terrasse ; - Décoration à la fois chaleureuse, moderne et dépouillée ; - Récemment rénové (état nickel) et propreté irréprochable ; - Lumineux avec vue agréable sur le parc et ses piscines ; - Parc agréablement aménagé disposant de plusieurs piscines, terrains de jeu et terrains de sport ; - Et (point extrêmement important pour nous qui avons de jeunes enfants) endroit parfaitement sécurisé : les enfants pouvant se balader partout dans l'appartement, même sur la terrasse, sans que nous devions nous inquiéter de quoique ce soit. !!! A recommander absolument !!!

Van op de terras, met zon tot middag, hebben we zicht op onze privé zwembaden, de mooie ondergehoude tuinen en de Middellandse zee op 200 m. De achterkant heeft uitkijk op de green van de golf. Kompleet verblijf voor ideaale vakanties .

Magnifique

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances. L'appartement est grand, propre, complet, moderne et bien orienté. Le propriétaire, disponible à tout moment, parle le également le français. Très agréable de pouvoir déjeuner tous les matins sur la terasse avec une si belle vue. Je conseille vivement.
