Amazing location

We stayed 10 days in Roma and this place was ideal in terms of price range and location. Very calm and the shuttle to the airport is 5 minutes away by foot !

Very enjoyable stay

Excellent amenities with very friendly and helpful management. Quite close to the Metro so were able to get about very efficiently. Would definitely recommend to others . Very good value for money.

The apartment was good size and very cute. Needs a fresh coat of paint and some of the walls looked dirty. ( the walls are white my communication with Roberto was excellent. He responded quickly anytime I messaged him prior. His business associate Matteo did not respond for two days when I emailed him telling him that two of the three bedrooms weren’t cooling down. For the most part the place was clean. I did find some cobwebs on the floor when I was picking a couple things up that fell on the floor.. the balcony could use a good scrubbing and have dead plants sitting outside on the balcony. The balcony is very cute to sit outside on in the evenings and enjoy the view and just chitchatting, but I would recommend perhaps some more comfortable chairs to relax and on the deck.. it states that there is parking and premises and because I had a bigger vehicle I cannot park on the promises I was told so I had to find whatever parking was available on the street which times was over a half a mile away

Family Trip to Rome

The apartment was lovely, and very convenient to all the sites in the city. The host was lovely and communication was wonderful. We absolutely would stay again when we visit In the future.

This is the second time my family and I have stayed at this beautiful home. It is spacious, clean, and welcoming. The bedrooms are nicely decorated and the beds are all comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, if you want to cook while you are there. Each room has a door that opens out onto a spacious balcony. Bar Graziano is just across the street for breakfast, a snack, or aperitivo. There is also a small grocery store and an Enoteca, which has food and wine. It is a short walk to the Metro, so you can easily get to all the beautiful sites in Rome. It is in a very quiet part of Rome, so after your busy day of site seeing, you can relax and get a good night's sleep! Roberto and Lorenzo are excellent hosts and will help you with anything you need. This is my favorite place to stay in Rome!

Not a touristic place! It’s a residential area. However, great food and at very reasonable prices.

It’s was only 2 days till we got on a cruise. It was spacious. It had 1 very small elevator to get to our floor…

Séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, Lorenzo et Roberto ont été aux petits soins pour nous très réactifs, présents et arrangeants ( notamment pour les bagages lors de notre départ) Le logement a répondu parfaitement à nos critères : propre, spacieux pour 7, et proche de la ligne de métro ( 5 min à pieds ) ce qui nous a permis de découvrir Rome et ses alentours aisément ; à noter qu'une superette est située juste en face du logement donc super. Nous avons même été parfaitement guidés pour nous assurer le transfert de l'aéroport au logement. Seul bémol peut être pas simple de manger à 7 .. mais nous mangions souvent à l'extérieur, de très bonnes glaces se trouvent pas loin du logement également :) Merci à vous deux pour votre accueil chaleureux nous reviendrons avec plaisir et conseillons votre logement sans hésiter :) merci beaucoup !

Great Rome experience

Our stay was fantastic in this clean and roomy Roman apartment. The host was very accommodating and helpful answering questions about getting around town and nearby shopping. Located in the heart of a Roman neighborhood, you will get an authentic Roman experience.

Fantastic !

The apartment was roomy clean. The beds were great. The linens were very nice. It had a washer. they supplied a coffee maker, kettle for tea they supplied coffee sugar there are supermarkets in walking distance Pharmaca stores metro bus, perfect location for in an out of Rome, highly recommend. The owners are fantastic to deal with .

Perfect spot in Rome

Great location- away from the hustle and bustle of Rome . Beds were comfy ! AC worked fabulous as it was 100 degrees when we were in Rome. Lorenzo met us and showed us around . He recommended Joseph’s Ristorante which is a 5 minute walk from the condo- fabulous meal and so reasonable ! Overall a great place and highly recommend staying here! It was easy to get a taxi or Uber from the place to the main attractions!

Comfortable stay and nice location

As a family of 6 we had room for all of us. Bathrooms we a little small, but plenty of space in bedrooms. Owner was very helpful and it was very clean.

Fabulous stay

Excellent location, four minutes walk from the Metro. Grocery nearby, moderately well equipped kitchen. Fantastic communication from property manager. Laundry machine. Great terrace to sit out and enjoy coffee or wine. Would definitely stay again. Take note of the 6,00 € per person, per night, tax that is paid on check-in.

Overall awesome experience

It was a 2 minute walk from the Metro Station thag takes you all around Rome, in every direction. The place was clean, the hosts were friendly and even had a transport service from the airport. The ONLY issue we had with the place was the lack of hand soap in any bathroom. However, we would book again!

Affittato l'appartamento per passare qualche giorno a Roma durante le vacanze di Natale. Posizione non centrale ma metro A ben comoda con fermata a Baldo degli Ubaldi che consente di raggiungere tutti i punti di interesse. Comunicazione con il proprietario ottima. Cucina non spaziosa ma ci ha permesso di mangiare in 7 persone, bel terrazzino, camera matrimoniale, camera con due letti singoli adiacenti, bagno, altro bagnetto uso lavanderia, altra matrimoniale con bagnetto interno. Nel complesso soddisfatti.
