Welcome to Pineapple Village Villas, adjacent to Wyndham Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville, sharing the same picturesque entrance.

This single level villa, is within a 45 second walk to the beach and minute to Pineapple Pool.

Villa #30, #3008, features an Open Floor Plan Garden Studio, measuring 16' by 37', with fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, range, microwave, blender, toaster, dishwasher, bath, living & dining room areas, king bed, CC flat screen TV, ceiling fan, Split AC, iron, ironing board, and a private, 36' x 28' walled-in garden patio, with outdoor furniture, BBQ and private entrance.

Based upon our desirable location, affordable rates and accommodations, we hope that you will consider choosing Pineapple Village Villas for your St. Thomas vacation.

Maid Service is included Monday through Saturday. Enjoy the lounges and serenity at Pineapple Pool, which also offers a kiddie pool. Easy access to the beach. Rentals include all linens, free WIFI, free on-site parking.

The main entrance to Pineapple Village Villas is through the gates of Wyndham presents Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville. The Margaritaville Landshark Restaurant with wrap around deck bar, serves three meals daily for indoor or open air dining and is adjacent to Pineapple Village Villas. To the right side of the beach is the Beachhside Bar & Grill.

Took a gamble...

With no previous reviews we took a gamble... PROS: Location is fantastic, price is great! Very spacious. Owners were friendly & quick to respond, arranged for early check in which helped a lot! Private patio was HUGE & beautiful, but several workers throughout the day come & go through the storage closets in the courtyard so be prepared for that. AC worked great! King size bed was comfy. CONS: Veronica the property manager, not so friendly. We felt like we were bothering her any time we tried to even speak to her- i.e. first day the place had no beach towels, she hung up on us while calling her to see if we could get some, came in, dropped them off while not saying a word to us. The place is a bit dirty. We also learned that cleanliness is a little lax on the island. Every dish had to be pre-washed before we used it. Our feet were black from walking on the tile floor- we had to wet wipe our feet before we climbed into bed at night. The toilet was dirty around the base, the fridge was dirty. There were dead cockroaches on the floor by the bed the first morning we came in & lots of roaches each day after. Owners responded quickly to arrange exterminators- I realize it’s the tropics, but I’d think that would be something you had done on a regular basis for prevention. There were a lot of roaches! Lastly the walls are VERY thin! First half of stay was super quiet, but last half we had neighbors on both sides and you can hear EVERY WORD spoken on the other side of the “connecting” adjacent doors. Overall you can’t be location & price! But just a few kinks to work out at this place & it could be 5 stars.

Pineapple villas

EXtra large room, kitchen loaded with everything you could think of. Large patio that even included a weber grill. Short walk to Coki beach, best on island and short drive to Megans beach. My favorite resturant is Shoreline grill and 5 minute walk along ocean.

Just okay

The location is ideal. It is a 1 minute walk to Margaritaville restaurant and bar and beach. It’s a 5 minute walk to Coki Beach and a 10 minute drive to 2 other nice beaches and Redhook, where there are nice restaurants and the ferry to St. John. However, the condo was in desperate need of a good cleaning when we arrived. Floors were unswept, dusty, and we had to buy bleach cleaner because we had to clean other people’s yuck from the toilet and tub. Not cool! The bathroom and kitchen doors had signs next to them to keep them closed when the air conditioning was on. The truth is that you had to keep them shut because mosquitos came in through the vent screens.🦟 You had to kill them when you used either room. The maid kept leaving the bathroom door open and then mosquitos were throughout the condo. Lastly and maybe the biggest disappointment. The condo ad touts a private patio. We live in the Midwest and were looking really forward to 2 weeks of letting the sun shine in and sitting on the patio in our pj’s for coffee in the morning. There were workman on the roof by 7 am all 14 days we were there! No privacy, noise, and debris. We couldn’t sit out there or leave the blinds open. Had to have coffee in a dark condo. The owners were kind enough to send us a gift certificate to Margaritaville to make up for this. They knew the condo complex was being worked on, but never informed us of that. Also, the maid uses the laundry in the “private patio” to do the laundry for all of the owners condos. Therefore the patio is not private at all! The gift certificate was a kind gesture, but hardly made up for this misrepresentation of the patio space and our disappointment of 2 full weeks of not being able to enjoy it. St.
