Our Villa - completely renovated in 2012 - and its landscaped gardens, offers you as our guest all the contemporary amenities and 100% privacy and is completely enjoyable all year round. It features a heated swimmingpool, a childrens swimmingpool, Jacuzzi and a large lawn with sun-beds at your complete disposal, together with a ¨Chirinquito¨ ( poolbar), that includes a professional outdoor bar with BBQ and grill, and fridges. Specially in winter, you will enjoy the spacious living-room, satelliteTV, fire-place and roomy kitchen. The cozy terrace at the front of the Villa allows you to have breakfast overlooking the Mediterranean the whole year round.

The Villa has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms open directly into the garden and swimmingpool area and the remaining bedroom is frontal, meaning that you have a full ocean view from your bed. All bedrooms have a luxury finishing and big wardrobes for your clothes. Two bedrooms even include a walk-in closet. Upon demand an additional bed or cod can be placed in each bedroom. A separate washing-room is available with a washing machine and a airdrier.

The whole Villa is well isolated and provided with air conditioning, night lights, WI-Fi, alarm system and functional domotics. In our Villa you will experience the holiday of a lifetime.

Access for guests.

The guests have full use of the swimming-pool, Jacuzzi, kiddies pool, the bar and extras, and 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a guest toilet, living-room, kitchen and washing-room. Free parking for two cars behind the fence of the plot and extra parking space available on the street, directly outside the Villa.

Interaction with the guests.

The whole Villa is rented out ( excluding a locked garage on site ).
The owner lives 10 minutes away if the need arises.

The area.

The Villa is located in a very quiet area, at a cul-de-sac in a residential urbanisation, only 500 mtrs from the sea. Besides the Villa's private facilities, you can also make use of the urbanisation's communal pool and tennis courts.

Transport.

The Torremuelle train station is within walking distance, connecting you to Malaga centre, airport and the centre of Fuengirola.
