Our studio "sunset" is ideal for a couple
Very romantic location with sea views, unobstructed view of the sunsets, English coasts in good weather and storms.

It is very bright with the sun all afternoon until sunset.

It is on the third floor with elevator. The elevator is original, the corridors as well as the lobby of the building are very spacious.

It is composed of 3 rooms and has a surface of 26 m2: 1 dining room / living room with a big window, 1 independent kitchen equipped and 1 room of water with toilets.

You have the possibility to sleep in the mezzanine bed under a beautiful height of ceiling or in the bed sofa clic clac

The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary equipment to cook "as at home".

The bathroom is made up of a large corner shower cabin, a washbasin unit with a lot of storage and a large mirror, a washing machine and a toilet.


Our studio is located on the Wimereux dam, you have direct access to the sea without crossing road, no need for cars.

In order not to pay for a benefit that you would not use, we offer the following 3 optional packages:
- Cleaning charge at 30 €
- Bed linen (bed made at your arrival) at 15 € / bed
- Towels for 5 € / person

Ongekend mooi uitzicht op zee en op de Franse en Engelse kust vanuit de studio. Een fantastische plek om te verblijven in deze residence die de grandeur van vroeger nog uitstraalt. Je loopt zo de boulevard en het strand op. Nog nooit zeezicht vanuit bed (hoogslaper) gehad !

Studio face à la mer

Notre petit séjour de 2 nuits a été très agréable et très dépaysant. Le studio est situé dans un ancien hôtel avec le charme de la belle époque qui a été conservé. Le studio contient tout ce qu’il faut, est très bien agencé, très propre et joliment décoré. La literie est très bonne. La vue est à couper le souffle, face à la mer , nous avons eu l’impression d’être sur un bateau, juste magique! Un grand merci à la propriétaire très sympathique et arrangeante et qui nous a donné de bons conseils de jolies balades. Endroit étonnant et atypique, face à la mer et aussi proche des commerces à pieds (à peine 5 minutes), une très bonne découverte, nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Wundervoller Ausblick

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in Toplage. Der Blick aus dem Fenster zum Meer ist total schön. Die Vermieterin ist sehr sehr nett. Man kann sie immer erreichen bei Fragen. Die Parksituation ist sehr schlecht. Seit 2 Jahren sind die Parkplätze am Hotel und der Nebenstraße gebührenpflichtig und das nicht sehr günstig. Aber es besteht die Möglichkeit am Rande der Ortschaft umsonst zu parken.

Eine Erfahrung , die jeder mal gemacht haben sollte!

Janique und Didier sind überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit! Ihre Ferienwohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Aussicht nicht zu toppen, die Ruhe , das Meer, mehr geht nicht. Wir waren im Winter da, Urlauber sind willkommen, in den Geschäften , überall freundliche entspannte Gesichter, keine Hektik, Parkmöglichkeiten so viele , wie ein Steinwurf weiter der Sand am Meer.

Tolles Appartement, sehr sauber mit einem traumhaften Blick auf den Strand und das Meer. Die Vermieter sind super freundlich und geben tolle Tipps, falls man die Gegend nicht kennt. Es fehlt an nichts. Wir haben uns mit unserem Hund hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Copropriété toujours nickelle et propre, très bonne tenue ! Le studio que je connaissais m'a de nouveau ravi de par sa convivialité, ses équipements, sa propreté, sa vue imprenable et la gentillesse de Janique et Didier. Quant à la région, que dire... arpenter la çôte c'est comme s'évader ailleurs, je ne m'en lasserai jamais! Donc voilà...retour plus que possible voire indispensable !

Studio front de mer très bien situé

Nous avons passé 3 jours , 2 nuits dans ce studio très accueillant . Très bien situé à proximité du centre ville et des restaurants , directement sur la promenade. Le studio était très propre et il ne manquait rien pour ceux qui veulent cuisiner , la literie était de très bonne qualité ( nous avons dormi dans le clic clac et il y a un couchage en lit mezzanine ) . L'immeuble est très calme . L accueil par la propriétaire est sympathique avec un petit cadeau de bienvenue. A recommander.
