10 minutes from Cassis, our charming fully renovated villa has a large 60m² terrace with a dominant view of the vineyard and a 400m² garden. It is composed, upstairs of three bedrooms, a bathroom and a large living room with American kitchen, and a garden level with independent access composed of a beautiful bedroom and a bathroom. private bath.

All the necessary comfort is offered: 3 televisions, internet wifi, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, washing machine, dryer, hairdryer, private parking space.

Located in a hamlet on the edge of the pine forest, the Villa is ideally located 10 minutes from Cassis and its Calanques national park, 10 minutes from La Ciotat, 20 minutes from Marseille and 30 minutes from Aix-en-Provence.

The villa is located in a dead end, which is the place of many departures for walks, by bike or on foot, thus giving access to the magnificent Provencal hills.

Very comfortable villa

We booked this villa to come and celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary with our good friends. It was nice because it felt like we had 2 separate apartments, my husband and I stayed in the downstairs ensuite room and our friends had the whole of the upstairs. We ate on the sunny terrace each morning and had a few meals inside in the evening. The villa has everything you need for a comfy stay and is set in a quiet area just outside of Roquefort la bedoule, unless you really really like walking you will need a hire car to get you around. In Roquefort there is a little supermarket where you can get everything that you need and there is also a little fruit and veg stall just on the side of the road as you drive towards the town with a very friendly and helpful girl and the cutest little french bulldog. The rotisserie chicken shop was a great find too, if you get a chicken make sure you get the roast potatoes too.

Wunderschöne Natur, ruhige Lage, sehr schöne FeWo

Wir haben einen sehr schönen 14-tägigen Urlaub in dieser Gegend verbracht. Zu den Städten Cassis und Marseille ist es nicht weit.Wir nutzten zum Teil auch öffentliche Verkehrsmittel vor allem nach Marseille, was vom Ortszentrum aus kein Problem war. Wandern, baden, flanieren in den kleineren Städtchen geht alles ohne große Autostrecken fahren zu müssen. Das Ferienhaus entsprach den Beschreibungen. Es war sauber und mit allem notwendigem ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar.

Groupe de 10 randonneurs à la découverte des calanques nous avons particulièrement apprécié cette location qui présente toutes les qualités de confort, de décoration et d'aménagement. Les propriétaires sont très disponibles et d'un contact des plus sympathiques Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette location.
