FANTASTIC HOLIDAY HOME IN A LUXURIOUS URBANIZATION IN MORAIRA WITH TWO SWIMMING POOLS AND A PADEL COURT.



This holiday home is located in one of the quietest areas of Moraira town and is only 6 minutes by car of the centre and the best beaches.



Moraira Fun is the perfect place for a peaceful holiday. The house is located in unique urbanization and it offers entertainment for all ages. It has two community swimming pools surrounded by elegant gardens and a padel court.



The house has 3 double bedrooms with built-in cupboards (one of them with sofabed), spacious and bright all of them.



Bedroom #1 with en suite bathroom (bathroom#1) has access to the terrace. Bedroom #2 with a double bed has also access to the sun terrace with mountain views. Bedroom #3 has two single beds and views on the garden of the house. Bedroom#2 and #3 have at their disposal toilet#2 with shower.



Walking down the stairs from the entry of this holiday home in Moraira we come up to its wide lounge, very bright and comfortable. This open lounge is decorated in an exquisite way and is equipped with a dining table and air conditioning.

From the lounge-dining room, we can access to the patio, which has an outdoor dining area and relaxing area.



The independent kitchen is completely equipped so that you feel at home. Together with this, there is a spacious laundry also provided with all that is necessary (washing machine, dryer and wide closets) to make your stay as most comfortable and pleasant.



The strongest points of this holiday home in Moraira are its common areas. An original community swimming pool surrounded with elegant gardens of Mediterranean style, perfect to relax while the children enjoy a refreshing bath. Furthermore, the urbanization has a second rectangular swimming pool and a community padel court.



Aside from the community areas, the house has a private garden with a built-in barbecue, an outdoor dining area, a relaxing area and private parking.

Groups of young people under 30 are not allowed, unless they are accompanied by an older adult. If this rule is not met, entry will be denied and there will be no option for a refund.

Mass gatherings are not allowed. Only visits from friends and family are permitted. Overnight stays in the home are not allowed to exceed its capacity.

Lovely holiday home

This large house is in a secure, gated community, with stunning views and three good sized bedrooms. The two pools are a bonus, one being pleasantly heated and both very clean. Very convenient for Moraira town and out of town services, yet quiet. The double bed is reasonably comfortable but could do with a new mattress. There was no tumble drier, which would be preferable expecially for long stays and as the garden is shaded. Otherwise all good.

The complex was fantastic, Clean and tidy the pool was amazing and the salt water pool was brilliant We were really disappointed and let down with the top balcony with no furniture other than two plastic chairs and there was only 2 sun beds which is rubbish as it’s a villa for 6 . I don’t believe it was value for money based on those two issues
