About this property

Villa with private swimming pool on a land of approximately 850 m2 with a sea view from the Cabo de la Nao to the Punta de Moraira.

Own garage within the plot. Swimming pool 4.5x9m with large sun terrace, laid out in 2016, facing south. The villa has 2 covered terraces (front and rear), living room with TV ( 43 inch, satellite, antenna, smart tv aps ) and air conditioning, kitchen with microwave, gas stove, fridge / freezer. Internet (WiFi) is available in and around the house. There are 3 bedrooms with separate airco: 2x1, 2x1 and 1x2 single beds, 2 bathrooms with shower, 1 with toilet, also a separate toilet.

The rental prices are per week excluding linen, cleaning costs (110€), use of electricity (0.25€ / kWh).
It is possible to order a linen package consisting of 2 bath sheets, 2 towels, 1 tea towel, 1 kitchen towel, 2 sheets and 1 pillowcase and change of sheets and pillowcase after 1st week.
This is arranged through a local agent (speaks Dutch) who lives 100m from the villa.

No central heating : airco heating in living room and bedrooms. Electric radiator in bathroom.

Lovely Villa in a great location

We really enjoyed our stay! I’m already missing the fabulous views! The air con was much needed as it was really warm. The Villa had all the things we needed and the kids - especially my daughter 6 - loved the pool. Having the little supermarket so close was sooo handy - I recommend the cheese and ham croissants. Only negative is we found out on check out that there were things for the pool/beach in the garage that we could have no doubt used and not purchased - but hopefully our purchased items are a welcome addition to these :) We will definitely consider coming back in the future - thank you!

Stunning views and perfect house

La maison possède une vue incroyable à 180 ° sur la mer. La terrasse couverte est parfaitement orientée pour pouvoir l'utiliser à chaque repas. La piscine est propre et grande pour permettre de se rafraichir, nager et s'amuser. Séjour parfait, merci

Wunderschön!!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Waren Anfang Juni da, alles hat wunderbar geklappt mit der Schlüssel Übergabe und der Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Der Ausblick ist fantastisch! Schöner großer Pool mit Sonnenschirmen! Waren super zufrieden! Vielen Dank!
