With a sought-after Beach front location and access to extensive community amenities, this 3rd floor Galveston vacation rental that is the 2nd
one bedroom suite from the beach with amazing east gulf views is an ideal place to bring the family for a beach getaway. Whether you plan to venture out and explore town or stay close to home and relax by the pool, this condo has everything you need to have a comfortable visit.
Perched right next to the ocean, this condo is in the Seascape Resort Condominiums. When you stay here you will be inside the city limits of Galveston, but only steps from the beach! Simply stroll across the convenient dune walkover to get to the sandy shore, with its relaxing waves and rejuvenating sunshine.
Step inside this cozy condo to find a an open concept that the whole family will love. Have a seat in the living room and watch the flat screen TV or access the WiFi to stay connected. A full kitchen features new stainless-steel appliances, plenty of space to maneuver, and all the cooking tools you may need to whip up tasty meals. Enjoy your meals at the provided dining table while enjoying the view of the gulf from the kitchen windows.
Everyone will have a warm and cozy place to rest up for another day of exploring the area. The master bedroom has a Queen-size bed, cable TV mounted on the wall, and decorated with attractive Caribbean color scheme. Just outside in the hall is a set of twin bunks built into the alcove and right next door an updated bathroom with walk in shower. Altogether, up to six guests will be very comfortable here.
If you step outside to your balcony, you will find an area with plenty of patio furniture where you will love to sit, relax, and watch the sun rise in the morning. Just outside your condo are four shared charcoal grills, so you could cook up some hot dogs or burgers and enjoy a picnic-style lunch on the beach! In this condo community you will also find heated pool, 2 hot tubs, beach-side swings, beach shower, private beach access gate and an observation/sunning deck.
If you stock up on groceries on the way to this condo, you can spend your entire vacation here without needing to leave. On the other hand, if you feel like taking a day or two to explore Galveston, you will find a huge variety of activities to keep you busy. Grab a bite to eat, get some ice cream for dessert, and walk along the famous seawall while gazing at the ocean. In town you can go shopping, visit museums, see movies or plays, and even visit a water park, so everyone will surely find something to love about Galveston!

We all enjoyed the property and access to the beach. The apartment was a bit tight for 6, people, but well furnished, except the booking pictures showed a living room chair, but it wasn’t there. It made seating all of us somewhat difficult. Overall, we enjoyed it.

The bed sagged in the middle so bad that my husband slept in the bed and I ended up on the twin bunk bed.The location was great. Loved being able to sit on balcony and enjoy the unobstructed view of the ocean. Condo was clean and the people on the property were very friendly and helpful.

The property was very nice. Past the sea wall so no having to cross the street to go to the beach. Has private access from the property was awesome and ment it was not an over crowded spot. The property and pool were clean and well maintained. The room its self was great the view was exactly as pictured and it had chairs with cup holders to drink your coffe and listen to the ocean or have a beverage at night. It was perfect for the 3 of us. I would definitely recommend for a family of 3 or 4. Would need a larger unit for more than that. But for us it was perfect. Check in and out was very easy. And covered parking was a plus. There is an elevator and luggage carts to make things easier. We will be back!

Clean and Cozy Ocean front views

My wife and I stayed in the one bedroom. It was clean and a decent size for two people. This was our first time to Galveston, and we liked its location as it was just outside of all of the attractions we're talking 5 minutes by car. Not a far ride to the downtown vicinity either. I would recommend this place for those who do not wish to break the budget but experience Galveston in a decent dwelling. The pool and hot tub accommodations were a plus. I will definitely return. Bring your own beach towels.

Could not connect to wifi no matter how many times we entered the password. Simply never worked. The stove was really out dated. It was electric with the old kind of swirl connectors that are crooked so your pan is always leaning to one side. No paper towels or enough counter space. The whole unit is out dated. The condo linens where clean but the unit was dirty and outdated.

The condo bed linens were clean but the rest of the unit had a lot to be desired. The last day of our stay the power was out. I contacted the agent and got no reply or explanation. Had to shower my family in the dark and pack up and leave early. Everyone with wet hair. Never did hear from management, get an explanation, apology or refund. Not impressed.

Weathered the Storm!

We booked 3 nights in September at this property for our first overnight getaway since March. The unit was just as described, there was more than enough space for 2 adults and everything was clean, well-stocked and functioning. Unfortunately, we arrived the same day as Tropical Storm Beta, so the beach was closed and we left a day early without any refund or anything. But the rain did stop long enough for us on our full day there to enjoy the pool and hot tub area which was all really nice and well kept! It was also nice to relax in the condo and enjoy the view of the waves and feel the breeze from the balcony. One last thing to note - there are not any towels in the unit that you can take to the pool or beach. We had brought our own but a lot of times owners include extras. Towels aren't the easiest thing to pack if you can avoid it, so thought I would mention you will want to throw some in! Overall we would stay here again and hope for better weather to actually get to enjoy the beach in addition to the condo!
