This 5 bedroom amazing villa exudes unique style. Flooded by sea breezes and sounds of the ocean here you can enjoy the pool, seaviews and barbecues on the terrace outdoor dining after a good surf session.

This property has a main building with two floors. The ground floor has a living room with fireplace with an open kitchen, fully equiped, one bathroom, two bedrooms, one witha doublebed the other with a double bed plus a single bed. The upper floor has two bedrooms, the main bedroom with a balcony overlooking the waves of Ribeira D'Ilhas and the other room with a double bed and one bathroom.
In the garden, right in front of the dipping pool you have a separate ensuite double bedroom.
Outside you have a separated and private ensuite double bedroom.
In the garden you can enjoy the pool, the shower and barbecues in the outdoor dinning area.
You will also have a garage you can use to keep your boards and surf gear in case you'll need it. There is always free parking space just outside the door.

Our guests will have access to the entire property.

We are pleased to assist our guests in anything we can. If you need information of any sort of service (taxi, transfers, surfschools, etc) prior to your arrival, please do not hesitate to ask!

Check-in - We will welcome you at the arrival and show you the house and also give you (if you are interested) all the local tips of places to go, where to eat and what to do in the World Surfing Reserve of Ericeira. We could be able to help with surf spots, surf schools and board shapers, stand up paddle lessons, yoga classes, where to look for amazing landscapes, hiking trails, cultural guides and other tourism tips for Ericeira, Sintra and Lisbon.

During your stay - If you need us, we will be 15min away and are easily reachable, you will be able to contact us through sms, AirBnB app, email or phone. If you do not need us, that's fine, we'll totally respect your privacy.

Check out - We'll be happy to meet you at your departure to say goodbye, we wish you a pleasant return and recover the keys of Ribeira D'Ilhas Surfhouse.

Please be aware in advance that:

- Since January 2019, the city council of Mafra has a mandatory occupancy tax that has to be paid at check-in (From 1 May to 31 October: € 2 per person per day, from 1 November to 30 April: 1 €, charged only in the first 7 days for both seasons).
Children under 12 are free of charge.

- According to the Spanish law that aims to stop human trafficking and other illegal practices, at check-in we are required to ask for your personal details (such as home address and identity number / passport) to send them to SEF, our Immigration and Borders Services within 3 days after your arrival.

- If you are arriving in late flight, please let us know in advance so we can arrange according to your needs, the best check in!
