Apartment was clean and close to beach. Beds were comfy and clean. Amenities were up to standards. Check in was a breeze and Joao Carlos was on top of everything. We would have stayed longer, but it was the end of our trip. Enjoyed this place so much.

Lisbon beach apartments

We would stay there again but the kitchen could have been better setup. It reminded when I was a 20 year old bachelor— no bread knife, coffee filters, and other necessities. It was clean and conveniently located for groceries, coffee , and THE BEACH.

We stayed in João’s apartment for two weeks and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. This walk-up had everything we needed to feel at home during our time in Portugal. Traveling with our two young kids (8 and 10), we found the space more than comfortable for our family.The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, shops, and great restaurants—yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. We cooked several meals in the well-equipped kitchen and even enjoyed using the built-in BBQ on the patio, which was a great bonus.Overall, Costa da Caparica was the ideal home base for exploring, and João’s place made our stay easy and enjoyable. We’d definitely return!

Nice apartment, well equipped, host great.

The place was great. Kitchen well equipped. Beds were a little hard for our liking. Location next to a traffic intersection but not too noisy at night. Neighbors had two dogs that barked aggressively all throughout the night and when we were there in the evening. It was frustrating because the weather was nice enough to sit outside on patio but dogs too noisy. Certainly NOT the apartment owners fault but an irresponsible neighbor who doesn't seem to care about how much the dogs disturb the peace.

Why they chose this property

The house is in the center of the Costa de Caparica. The impressive landscape of the Costa de Caparica invites you to take great walks. The seafront promenade separates the town of Costa da Caparica from the sea. A series of spikes built to protect the village from the fury of the sea, have between each a large succession of small beaches. The beaches of Caparica are designated according to the name of the different concessionaires responsible for their exploitation, for example: Tarquínio, Vermelho Dragão or Praia Nova.

What makes this property unique

Large esplanades, bars, nightclubs and a pontoon that invites to a pleasant walk next to the sea, indicates to us the proximity of the beach. Nearby we can enjoy a spectacular landscape area, a real masterpiece of nature carved by the waves of the sea and drawn by the winds, is the Protected Landscape of Arriba Fossil of Costa da Caparica.
