This spectacular villa with a great view of the Bay of Polenca, is located in the quiet coastal area of Bonaire in Alcudia. The villa offers 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, a spacious terrace and a private swimming pool and a roof terrace. The main building has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living / dining room and a luxurious open kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, wine fridge, ice maker, plate warmer etc. The kitchen gives access to the spacious terrace with the swimming pool. On the other side of the pool are two guest rooms, both with their own bathroom. A floor below is another guest room with its own bathroom. The villa has a sound system. Bonaire is known for its beauty and exclusivity with amazingly beautiful views. In the immediate vicinity are smaller beaches, golf clubs, a harbor, good catering establishments and the cities of Alcudia and Polenca. The picturesque harbor of Bonaire also offers some good restaurants. Also nearby is Port Alcudia with its 8 kilometer long sandy beach. This villa offers you a unique holiday and is located in one of the most exclusive locations of the north of the island. At the villa it is possible to rent a Range Rover Evoque and / or a Fiat 500 Lounge (7 persons). These prices are in addition to the rental price of the villa. Great pool but damp

Fantastic location with the sea a 10 minute walk away. Good layout for the property with plenty of well appointed rooms. Pool is great. Property owner was pleasant and responsive. Main let down will be the damp problems and some smell from the toilets. The room downstairs is very damp so our son stayed up on a put up bed in the main building. One of the air con units was leaking. Generally it could do with some TLC as various bits need fixing.

A ‘nice’ but not ‘luxury’ villa

A nice home but I think ‘very luxury’ is a bit of an exaggeration. Lots of damp through the property, one bedroom doesn’t have air con. We were without Wi-Fi from mid week, property manager did try to resolve but unfortunately it was not an easy fix and it put a dampener on our stay. Property manager easily contactable.

Villa in toller Umgebung

Villa in schöner ruhiger Umgebung um entspannen zu können. Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, jedoch waren die Küche, Pool und Ausseneinrichtung TOP.

A wonderful stay

This is a lovely house in a great location and we again had a wonderful stay here. There are good swimming beaches, lovely rock jumps, great places to eat in Alcudia, and brilliant walks further east on the peninsula. The owners were helpful and flexible, and we have already booked for next year. A few minor features need sorted (e.g. leaking aircon in the main room) but these are minor in a otherwise excellent property.
