About this property

Large lovely terrace with spectacular views. Elevator, pool, close to beach.

Nice penthouse apartment in Riviera del Sol. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, rich modern kitchen. Living room, dining room. Large lovely terrace with dining table for 8 (only 6 chairs, then complement from the dining room) and delicious lounge area, and a gas grill.

The apartment is high elevated above the neighboring buildings and has a great view of both the Riviera and the sea. From the terrace you can also see the pool area. There is sun on the terrace from the morning until 20.00 - time in the evening (depending on when in the summer, I would assume it varies between 1930 and 2100) There are awnings and umbrella to create shade if desired and it is airy And nice so it's nice to stay there even on the hottest days.

The apartment is in a quiet residential area, with a nice barbecue restaurant in the neighborhood. Only 600-700 meters to beach, Beach club (MAXbeach) and, a small city center with restaurants and shops and other services.

There is internet access in the apartment and a TV. Internet is included but for TV channels you pay directly to the supplier, I can help with this. Scandinavian and British channels.

The apartment is on one level and the terrace is on the same level. It's not like many other roof terraces where you have to go up one floor.

It is usually easy and fastest to park in the street, but if necessary there is parking for residents only in the back yard.

Beautiful and clean penthouse with very nice terrace

Beautiful, clean and top equipped apartment. Especially the penthouse - terrace with wonderful view, and top equipment (dining- and couch corner, sun lounger and barbecue) was very nice for all of us; here we enjoyed very nice evenings. The air conditioning is super quiet and otherwise the equipment also top. Also the pool is great. The owner is very nice and always answered very quickly if we had a question; thanks for that. Parking is sometimes not possible in the high season directly at the house ... but I always found a free parking place within a range of 150 m. The way to the sea takes about 10 to 15 minutes on foot. Loaded with equipment it was a little too far for me ... but with the car it was only 2 or 3 minutes and also near the beach I always found a free parking place, even in high season. Anyway, we had very nice days and can recommend the apartment very much.

Vi havde en rigtig god uge i Joachim's fantastiske lejlighed. Rigtig stor terrasse med en fantastisk udsigt. Vi var der, når vi var i lejligheden og ikke skulle sove. Lejligheden er godt indrettet.

Skønneste terrasse

Vi havde en rigtig dejlig ferie i lejligheden. Terrassen er fantastisk og vi tilbragte al vores tid der, når vi var hjemme. Køkkenet er veludstyret og sengene rigtig gode. Lejligheden ligger meget højt, som det kan ses på billederne, så det kan være en hård tur på gåben, men efter en uge tænker man ikke over det længere. Poolområdet var rent, velplejet og meget stille. Der er altid ledige liggestole. De eneste ting, vi synes var lidt træls, var at mange af liggestolene ikke fungerede mht at lægge rygstykket op og ned, samt at kloakken på terrassen lugtede ret meget.

Stunning penthouse apartment

My family and I stayed at this beautiful penthouse apartment, during our two week holiday to Riviera del Sol. It was stunning with absolutely no negatives to write about at all !! It is decorated beautifully, and is set in a gorgeous location with a beautiful swimming pool. The apartment was very clean and had perfect views of the surrounding area and sea, which we could admire from the extra large roof top terrace . There was nothing lacking inside , it has everything that you could possibly need to make your stay as convenient as possible. The washing machine was very handy and the beds were exceptionally comfortable with a fantastic air-conditioning system throughout the apartment, it all made for a very comfortable nights sleep. The apartment is situated a short distance by car from La Cala which is a gorgeous sea side town offering lots of restaurants and bars ( I would highly recommend an Indian restaurant in la Cala ....Bombay to Goa the food was amazing). In the opposite direction of la Cala along the A-7 ( a short distance drive from this apartment) is Calahonda which also offers a number of restaurants. I would recommend a trip to Da Vinci's restaurant also Dempsey Irish bar, which sells the largest fish and chips I have ever seen and only costs €10. This restaurant is great value for money with generous portion sizes. The manager is very friendly too. Fuengerola is approx a 20 minute drive away offering a beach, lots of shops restaurants, bars and a waterpark 'Aqua Mijas' which my teenage girls appreciated. I can't rate this apartment enough, it is stunning and I would strongly recommend that you consider this when looking to book your next vacation. The beach and shops are approx a 10-15 min walk from this apartment or a few minutes drive away by car) When booking this rental property, the process was made a whole lot easier by the fantastic communications with the host Joachim. He is very quick to respond to any questions/ queries you may have, he is a very friendly and helpful man. Also Maurice and his wife Mandi ( keeper of keys) were fantastic throughout our stay. They were very supportive, helpful and welcoming people who tended to our every need, even when we locked ourselves out of the apartment in the early hours of the morning. ( A massive thank you to the both of them ) I would also like to say a huge thank you to Joachim for allowing us to stay at his beautiful apartment, we truly had an amazing experience

Comfortabele appartement with great view !

Really nice en comfortabele appartement with great view at sea and a big terrace where in the evening is no sun and always a little wind so it is a really nice place to stay ! The appartement was very clean. We would for sure come back here !
