Excellent location in lovely place - House needs a little care

Lovely location , beaches , bars , food shops , scenery all perfect. House just need s little attention as there were a few niggles , no plugs for the bathroom basins , power capacity issues if you used the oven , had to run hot water downstairs to get hot water to upstairs bathroom sink and internet from a 4G router with very little to no signal - nothing major but just a little irritating.
