Completely new studio with all the comforts, wireless internet, TV, washing machine, new kitchen, near the sea and in the center. Smoking is allowed, parking is not a problem, in a short time PISA and LIVORNO can be reached. There are numerous archaeological sites to see and events throughout the year. Traditional the "fish festival" which takes place the second week of June, another important appointment is the blue night also in June. The Rosignano Marittimo wine festival is a characteristic event

Franco e la moglie sono stati fin da subito molto gentili e accoglienti. L'appartamento è esattamente come descritto finemente arredato e completo in tutto. Ottima la posizione tranquilla e vicina al mare e ai servizi. Consigliatissimo

Piena soddisfazione rispetto ad attese

Casa ben arredata, luminosa, con vari comfort. Rispetto alle dimensioni ben sfruttato lo spazio. Bei mobili e aspetto piacevolmente moderno. Gli unici motivi per cui ipotizzo potrebbe non soddisfare le esigenze di qualcuno sono che il contatto con il cortile interno della porta di casa magari non sottolinea la privacy (ma tanto è il cortile interno di un'abitazione) oppure magari la posizione del divano letto nella casa potrebbe non essere gradita da qualcuno perché non particolarmente isolata. (Ovviamente il numero di occupanti è atteso essere in linea con quanto dichiarato, poiché le dimensioni sono quelle che sono). Da parte mia mi sono trovato bene e ci tornerei volentieri.
