Magnifico Studio located in the urbanization Benal Beach on the fifth floor with beautiful views to the sea side and the Park of the Paloma. Benal Beach is an urbanization that is characterized by its great area of ​​gardens and large swimming pools that are open all year round. It is ideal for two people although it can also accommodate 3 people, has a bed of 1.35 wide also has a sofa bed that is transformed into a bed of 0.90. The apartment has air conditioning, iron and ironing board, Samsung TV 43 ", clothes line, washing machine and hair dryer. The kitchen is equipped with all kinds of utensils, juicer, minipimer, toaster, coffee maker and cutlery. The studio was renovated in 2016 and is very cozy with the park floor and a modern decorative touch. It is located 60 meters from the beach, in front line, a few meters from the beautiful park of the Paloma and also the park Selwo marina. It takes 10 minutes taking a pleasant walk to Puerto Marina along the promenade. There are many restaurants and supermarkets near the area to go on foot. If you have a car you can park inside Benal Beach in your communal parking lot.
