Very good experience, despite the heat wave

Good property, clean and well equipped, air conditioned facility. Easy contact with the host via WhatsApp. Just mind the access , two ways street a bit narrow but manageable with a normal car. Very pleasant to hear the sound of seawaves in the evening!

Schwer zu finden in enger Nebenstrasse, doch gute Unterkunft mit allem nötigen. Zu empfehlen!

Schöne Wohnung, aber..

Eine schöne, gpflegte Wohnung, die jedoch meines Erachtens den Nachteil hat, dass man auf dem Balkon aufgrund des Mobiliars (2Eisenstühle, halber(!) Eisentisch) nicht zum Essen nutzen kann. Man läuft stets durch den Balkon des vorderen Appartments- wir hatten zum Glück das hintere.Der Garten wirkt ungepflegt durch kaputte Räder, kaputtes Mobiliar etc. Der Weg zum Strand ist super, ansonsten ist ein Auto von Vorteil um einzukaufen etc..Ansonsten bietet Sant Andrea als Ort nicht viel.

Quartu Sant'Elena Sardaigne

Nous ne pouvions rêver mieux. Le logement correspond en tous points à la description et aux photos. Barbara répond très rapidement à toutes les demandes, nous avons apprécié ses délicates attentions de bienvenue. La plage est bien à quelques minutes (5 à7)à pieds. Le linge de lit de toilette de cuisine est fourni toute les semaines, ce que nous avons grandement apprécié car pas courant dans d'autres locations. Vous pouvez réserver en toute confiance, si nous retournons en Sardaigne c'est cette location que nous réserverons les yeux fermés. Merci infiniment à Barbara nous garderons un souvenir inoubliable et impérissable de notre séjour.

Außergewöhnlich

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einem Ferienhaus mit mehreren Ferienwohnungen. Die Lage erinnert an einem Schrebergartenviertel in Deutschland. Wir waren im Mai, da ist es sehr ruhig, auch am Strand ist wenig los. Genau das richtige für Ruhesuchende. Es ist kein Tourismusgebiet. Ein Mietauto ist von großem Vorteil. Hier hat uns unsere Gastgeberin sehr unterstützt. Es wird haupsächlich italienisch und englisch gesprochen. Supermarkt ca. eine halbe Stunde zu Fuß zu erreichen ebenfalls ein Restaurant.

Wunderbar

Uns hat die Lage sehr gut gefallen. Die Unterkunft ist mit dem Auto weniger als eine halbe Stunde Fahrt von der Innenstadt von Cagliari sowie vom Airport entfernt, ist ruhig gelegen und nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt. Es ist keine typische Touristengegend, was wir sehr mögen. Man kann das eine oder andere Restaurant, oder den Supermarkt zu Fuß erreichen, wir empfehlen aber ein Auto, da man damit deutlich flexibler ist und auch andere schöne Buchten entdecken kann. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend, die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und sauber. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.
