This delightful ground floor apartment has everything needed for a stress free stay. Well decorated throughout with a fully integrated kitchen and open plan living area, walk through to the hall way and there is a main bathroom including a bath and shower overhead. The main bedroom has a double bed but also a single bed, in addition this room has a en suite shower room. The second bedroom comfortably fits 2 single beds making this property perfect for small families, crew lets and business clients. The dedicated parking space is close by in a secure, gated carpark. The patio area outside gives a great opportunity for alfresco dining with views across the harbour.

The apartment was absolutely lovely, it had everything in and more that we would have needed. Very clean and close to the restaurant’s and shops . Also secure parking . The manager Graham that meet us gave us some very useful information. Great place

Wonderful views

Perfectly placed apartment for boat watching and proximity of town. Love Cowes. Recommend the Anchor Inn for food and ambience. Boat trip round the Needles a must do. Walk to Gurnard along the esplanade plus great pub and beach at end of walk. Our second stay at the Mariners didn’t disappoint. .

Perfect property, very well appointed, spotlessly clean, and in a great location , gated parking , only minor point would recommend blackout blinds as night security lights are bright, other than that a perfect accommodation.

Mainly good. But we were unable to open the front door. We were told it was being looked at but had not opened for at least 1 year. THIS IS A BIG FIRE RISK Key box needs either replacing or WD40

This apartment is a great place to stay. Its location for sailors is amazing. The apartment is really comfortable with one of the best layouts for a sociable stay.

On the Waterfront

The property was first class. It was perfect for the four of us. We particularly wanted a ground floor apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms as we are over 65s. The open plan aspect in the living area was just right, as whoever was cooking was included in the conversation. From the property, overlooking the marina, we could walk into the main street in Cowes and do the shopping or have a coffee. There are restaurants and the Esplanade to walk along and see the Solent. We would definitely go there again as it had everything.
