No se nos explicó que había un cargo extra de limpieza en ningún momento.( Dejamos fregado el menaje, lo único es que no lo guardamos porque estaba mojado)Y no pasamos la escoba porque no lo sabíamos.La cama de debajo de la litera no está en condiciones de que duerma nadie allí. Mi hija tuvo que dormir en un pequeño sofá del comedor.No creo que hubiese mala intención por parte de la propietaria, pero debería de haberlo avisado y después no se mostró dialogante...más con el problema que tuvimos con la cama.

Hemos pasado 3 noches en este apartamento de Pia, muy cerca de Perpiñán y pensamos que está muy bien ubicado para explorar el Rousillón y alrededores. Está en una zona residencial tranquila, bonita y segura. El apartamento es pequeño, acogedor, limpio y tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días de vacaciones. Es ideal el patio que tiene, con barbacoa y muebles de jardín. Rosario, la propietaria, es muy amable y hospitalaria. Ella vive sobre la propiedad que alquila y nos ha encantado el trato recibido. Très bon accueil et emplacement ! Les prochains auront la chance de pouvoir profiter de la piscine !

Appartement très bien situé à 10’ de Canet, stationnement facile. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la terrasse et le barbecue, l’appartement est très correct bien qu’un peu sombre. Dommage que la seconde chambre possède un futon et non un matelas, du coup nous avons utilisé le clic-clac du salon en second lit.
