Stylish apartment comfortably sleeping 5, in heart of Les Carroz d'Araches

Les Carroz is within 1 hour of Geneva airport. The apartment is within "Les Fermes du Soleil" MGM development. The flat is 63 sqm (678 sft). The walk to the town square is 2 minutes. There is a Carrefour within the development.

We have replaced the original furniture to create a comfortable and relaxed living space. The original specification referenced sleeping 8 (!) - we have reduced this to 5. The layout comprises one double bedroom with king bed, built in wardrobes, en-suite shower and sink, with views over the ice-rink. A further bedroom (formerly a twin bed) now has a single sofa-bed, built in storage/shelving, and has a large window. There is a separate bathroom with bath/shower and washing/dryer machine (to avoid having to use communal facilities), vanity unit and heated towel rail. There is a separate WC. The open plan living/dining room has a round antique table seating 5. There are white cupboards and a comfortable sofa (not a sofa-bed). We have a large screen TV & DVD player. Upstairs there is a mezzanine level with 2 single beds and a chest of drawers. This mezzanine level has a sloping roof and is better suited to children. The kitchen area is compact but well equipped with Electric hob, oven and dishwasher.

The balcony has a table and chairs and soft [fake] grass, comfortably seats 4, and looks over the ice rink from the 3rd floor. We are situated in Block B, providing direct lift access AFTER swimming, to the apartment (most useful with children as they don't have to go outside). In addition to swimming there are steam rooms/saunas & hot tubs and gym. Skis & boots can be kept in a private ski locker.
