Beautiful mansarded apartment in historic building of the Liberty era of Turin. Completely renovated, it comfortably accommodates up to 4 people. It is equipped with a fully equipped kitchenette complete with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave. Comfortable and stylish the living room, very comfortable and "in-room" the bedroom which comes with table and chairs for a breakfast in the room with a stunning view of the city. The view on the roofs of the city, on the hill and on the Mole Antonelliana on the side and side of the room, on the mountains and on the Piazza Benifica church on the bathroom side, is magnificent.

Great Location and Parking

An easy walk to Centro makes this property a great location to explore Turin. Add to that a secure and close by parking spot meant that we could also drive to nearby locations to expand our journey with ease. The property itself was clean and has lift access to the fourth floor and one flight of stairs.

Appartement (4 étages par ascenseur le 5e à pied) très calme, très propre, très bien équipé, très bien situé dans un beau quartier à la fois paisible et vivant. Fond: sel, huile…thé, café… à disposition. Parking proche dans garage sécurisé bien appréciable. À 20mn à pied du centre, sinon métro et bus très proches.

Simply lovely

Sergio greeted us warmly upon arrival and took both time and care to acquaint us with the apartment. He patiently answered all of our questions throughout our almost 4 week stay. The apartment was exactly as pictured. It was spotless and a perfect size for 2 adults. The apartment's location could not be better. It is 2 blocks from the 56 bus that takes one to the center of Turin; it is 1.5 blocks from the subway; and a very short walk from Porta Susa Station, from which we made several day trips. Quite the perfect package!

No better place to stay in Turin

Everything that is Turin within relatively easy reach for fit active family or couple. Restaurants & gelato even closer again. Very many happy memories connected to our stay here.

A Smart and Tidy Turin Apartment

A well appointed apartment in a historic block close to all the sights. We had a very enjoyable holiday in this apartment right from the moment we were personally met to ensure our off street parking was organised and we were settled into the flat. It is a very modern apartment, which looks recently renovated with an excellent bathroom and self catering kitchen. The apartment is within easy walking to the centre and all the sights. It is also conveniently located to an underground station which took us to the Lingotto area and the redeveloped FIAT factory with shops, restaurants and museums - which otherwise we may have missed. Probably best suited for a couple this was a great place to stay at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Un grand merci à Sergio pour son accueil des plus chaleureux. Cet appartement est bien situé pour visiter le centre de Turin à pied. En plus, à quelques mètres de l'appartement, il y a un marché ouvert tous les jours. L'appartement est moderne et bien équipé pour y passer un séjour agréable et l'immeuble est patrimonial. N'oubliez pas d'arrêter manger un gelato à la Gelateria La Romana. En plus, nous avons apprécié avoir une place de stationnement, dans un garage, fournie avec la location. Je recommande fortement cette location à Turin.

L'appartement de M.Mamone est très agréable à vivre . De plus , il est bien situé à dix , quinze minutes du centre-ville . La vue sur les toits de Turin et les chaînes de montagne est superbe ! Apartamento muy acogedor con los servicios en perfecto funcionamiento. Está situado en un edificio estilo Liberty y dispone de parking en las proximidades. La zona es muy tranquila y está provista de todo lo necesario. Se llega al centro en quince minutos a pie. El propietario es muy atento y se preocupó de que nuestra estancia discurrirá sin contratiempos.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. L'appartement est bien situé, dans un quartier résidentiel, et chic de Turin. A 15 min. à pied du centre, et entre 5 et 10 min. en transport en commun. L'immeuble est majestueux dans un style art déco., et l'appartement est décoré et agencé avec goût. La salle de bain en particulier est superbe ! Pour 4 personnes, ,avec 2 enfants, je recommande. Petit plus: il y a une place de parking, ce qui est précieux dans une grande ville.
