• 1 double bedroom,
• bathroom with shower 80x100, bidet, sink, w. c., hairdryer.
From the kitchen / living room there is direct access to the large 3 x 12 m veranda, table, chairs and umbrella, panoramic view.
The house is equipped with air conditioning, heating, WI-FI, TV-SAT, barbecue.
Salt water swimming pool (8x4.5x1.45h) for exclusive use, solarium and sunbeds.
Garden: private garden (200 m2) fenced (1.40 m fence).
The whole house is located on the ground floor and is also accessible to people with motor problems.
Pets allowed at no extra charge (only small and medium size).

Final cleaning: € 70.00 to be paid in cash on arrival.
Baby bed: € 30.00 per week, on request when booking
Air conditioning / electric heating to be paid according to consumption: € 0.50 / kw.

Ein wunderschöner Ort, der zum Verweilen einlädt. Wir hatten trotz herbstlichen Wetters ein paar tolle Tage. Die Aussicht ist super schön, das kleine Haus modern und sauber mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und der Pool erfrischend. Er wird jeden Tag gereinigt. Die Gastgeber wohnen überhalb und sind sehr gastfreundlich - wir haben sogar selbstgemachte Marmelade bekommen. Trotzdem hat man sehr viel Privatsphäre und ein wunderbar ruhiges Häuschen!Lucca und Pisa sind nur wenige Kilometer entfernt. Insgesamt ein super Ausgangspunkt für die Toskana.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in einem Ferienhaus und es war traumhaft. Casa Elena ist genau wie beschrieben, eigentlich noch schöner. Alles da was man braucht. Es ist sehr sauber, ordentlich und gepflegt. Der Pool ist der Wahnsinn. Die Gastgeber sind sehr sehr nett. Wir hatten einen ruhigen und entspannten Urlaub, der leider nach einer Woche schon vorbei war. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Pure Erholung mitten in der Natur der Toskana

"Casa Elena" können wir wärmstens empfehlen für Paare, die einen ruhigen Urlaub fernab und gleichzeitig nur 10 Autominuten entfernt vom Trubel der Sehenswürdigkeiten verbringen möchten. Das Häuschen haben wir wie beschrieben vorgefunden. Es bietet Platz und Ausstattung für zwei Personen. Der Pool und die Lage sind das Besondere an diesem Haus: Es liegt oberhalb eines kleinen Dorfes, das fußläufig über einen steilen Weg zu erreichen ist. Dort befinden sich auch zwei Pizzerien und ein Restaurant. Der Pool ist zur alleinigen Nutzung der Gäste in Casa Elena, war stets gepflegt und wohltuend erfrischend. Alles in allem haben wir hier einen rundum erholsamen Urlaub verbracht. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse des Häuschens ist atemberaubend, besonders wenn nachts tausende Glühwürmchen die Olivenbäume schmücken!

Absolute Ruhe und Entspannung

Das Haus liegt traumhaft ruhig in den Bergen zwischen Lucca und Pisa und ist von der Größe perfekt für zwei Personen. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir hatten eine sehr entspannte Woche und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Annalisa ist eine ausgesprochen liebenswerte Gastgeberin.

Top Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Wir wurden von unseren Gastgebern hervorragend betreut. Sogar ein Glas Pfirsichmarmelade erhielten wir beim Ankommen. Haus steht auf einen Hügel und ist am Abend ganz ruhig. Konditorei gleich 3 Minuten entfernt.

Toskana wie sie sein sollte

Perfekte Unterkunft und Gastgeber. Alles sauber und schön. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Pisa, Lucca und Florenz. Natürlich auch zum Meer. Einzig die vielen Stechmücken wären lästig. Aber mit Mückenschutz und Raucherspiralen passt das.

Ein absoluter Traumurlaub liegt leider hinter uns, da es aber so wunderschön war, werden wir wiederkommen. Das Haus, der große Pool, das ganze tolle Grundstück und die Besitzerin sind einzigartig. Traumhaftes Häuschen in toller Umgebung

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Casa Elena! Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen, und die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und auch sehr zurückhaltend. Sie wohnen direkt nebenan, und sie waren sofort da, wenn man eine Frage hatte, aber ansonsten haben wir sie kaum bemerkt. Das Häuschen liegt mitten in der Natur, man hat einen tollen Ausblick, und trotzdem hat man eine gute Infrastruktur und ist schnell in Pisa und Lucca. Das Haus und der Garten sind mit allem, was man braucht, gut ausgestattet, und alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Vermieter und auch die Umgebung sind sehr hundefreundlich, und das Grundstück eignet sich perfekt für einen Urlaub mit Hund. Es ist komplett eingezäunt, und unser Hund konnte sich frei bewegen, ohne abhauen zu können. Natürlich konnte er nicht mit in den Pool, aber wir haben zur Abkühlung einen kleinen Hundepool daneben gestellt. :) Wir konnten entspannen und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Es war Entspannung pur Netter Empfang Viel Natur Steiler Anstieg aber tolle lokation Die Flieger stören etwas aber das gleichen die Gänse aus Das gehupe in der Kurve an der Straße stört aber die Olivenbäume und die Tiere gleichen das aus ! Ruheort in schöner Lage

Wir hatten 1 sehr schöne Woche. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt innen und außen. Tolle Sicht auf die Berge und den Olivenhain, abends konnte man den Glühwürmchen beim Tanzen zu sehen. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen. Unsere 2 Hunde war herrlich willkommen und der Garten war gut eingeäunt. Die Pizzaria unten im Ort ist auch zu empfehlen leckere Pizza zum echt guten Preis, wir haben uns die Pizza mitgenommen und und dann mit Blick auf die Berge genossen.

Oktober im Casa Elena in Santa Maria del Giudice

Wir waren auf der Suche nach einer ruhigen Unterkunft mit Pool, in der wir uns selbst versorgen und von wo wir unsere Ausflüge unternehmen konnten. 'Casa Elena' in Santa Maria del Giudice (mittig zwischen Pisa und Lucca) war top beschrieben und wir haben auch alles so vorgefunden. Die Vermieter waren bei unserer Ankunft da, haben uns herzlich empfangen und alles gezeigt. Es ist alles gut gepflegt und perfekt sauber. In der Küche und am Grill konnten wir uns super selbst versorgen (unbedingt testen: Bistecca alla Fiorentina vom Chianina Rind). Im Ort gibt's das Nötigste und in Pisa und Lucca gibt's verschiedene Supermärkte (z.B. Carrefour, Esselunga, Conad, etc.). Von der Terrasse hat man einen tollen Blick auf die Monti Pisani und man kann manche Wildtiere beobachten. Und es ist so herrlich ruhig! Der Pool ist herrlich und wir haben ihn täglich genutzt. Fazit: alls super! Herzlichen Dank!

Wunderschöner Urlaub im Casa Elena

Das Ferienhaus war so schön wie beschrieben. Die Lage ist optimal für Ausflüge nach Lucca, Pisa und Livorno und Umgebung... Auch ist es super nach den Ausflügen etwas am Pool entspannen zu können. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Dass wir jetzt schon zum 3. Mal hier waren, spricht, finde ich, für sich. Es ist und bleibt einfach wunderschön hier, siehe meine ältere Bewertung im Detail! Annalisa ist so lieb und das Gemüse aus ihrem Garten war wunderbar, das Olivenöl war auch spitze! Auch der Kontakt mit Marica und Luca war immer sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt, alles war sauber und wir hatten alles was wir brauchen für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Und dann war das Wetter auch noch viel besser als zuhause, was will man mehr. Vielen lieben Dank für die schönen Tage bei euch und vielleicht bis bald mal wieder.
